Let me tell you! The guy that helped me Roger T Diller is one of the very few people that I had ever delt with as a customer that went out of his way to help me out. When I called him he told me that I only had a few minutes before he closed up shop. I explained my situation and he waited for me to arrive and then went out of his way to stay later passed closing to break open my lock. He took out extension cords, a ladders, a grinder and while all this is happening it pitch black outside but still after a while he got my lock cut off for me. And let me say that the locks they recommend using is worth it because even with a grinder it was tough to get off. Anyway before we new it, it was about a half hour passed closing and he didnt even charge me a thing. I owe him big time.

I was in need of some extra storage so I decieded to go with this company. I am highly unsatisfied already. They told me if I would of told them i was going to use it for a year or more i would of had 2 months free but since the woman already printed up my lease agreement it was too late for her to accomodate me on that promotion? Just redo it! I wanted to gain access into my unit after hours and could not open the garage door I called for help and the hotline told me someone would be down to help me and no one showed. It"s ok that I didn"t receive that promotion because I plan on moving my belongings out of there and using another company.

I want to give a huge thanks to the Store Manager, Brett & Roger for their stellar service. I got a unit at Extra Space Storage for my storage needs and the process was quick and painless. They took the time to show me the size of the unit before purchase to make sure it fit my needs, addressed any questions or concerns and walked me through the lease process step by step. The whole process took only 20 minutes. Who would have thought that you would get such great customer service from a local storage facility. The place is currently in the final weeks of getting a re-model so thats a plus and its in a super convenient location for me.

Moving out of my house into an apartment meant I had a lot of stuff to store. Amanda at Extra Space was so helpful and friendly! She helped me choose the perfect size for my needs, and assisted me with using the entrance code box as well as the unit door/locks. Everyone in the office always has a smile and they remember clients. The excellent customer service makes this difficult transition period much more pleasant!! The internet rates are the best I found and the proximity to both places is ideal. Im happy there, my stuff is secure and I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone needing some "extra space"!

I found the storage area to be very clean. The only 5 X 5 available was on the bottom section. At 66 it was not comfortable having to bend to get into my storage unit. I was in pain at the end of my unloading process. The attendants assured me that as soon as a top unit is available they would notify me. I hope that they do so I can move all of my items upward and be able to reach everything easier.

Moving out of my home was difficult and I had a lot of furniture to store. Extra Space storage was very helpful and kind. They answered all my questions and even advised me on what unit size I would need. This being my first time using a storage unit I was unsure what size I would need. The prices are very good and the people are very nice. I am very pleased with the unit and the place.
