I have been a customer at this location for 12 years. I have seen a lot of changes since that time. Many property managers have come and gone and in a business that is hard on the worker, one shining person continues to glow. Richelle has been here for a while and continues to impress me with her forward thinking approach to customer service. I recently had a question regarding monthly fees and while headquarters did not resolve it to my liking, I am still impressed that Richelle went out of her way to help me contact customer service. In addition to this, Richelle is constantly on the property keeping it clean with the broom and pan. The restrooms are always clean and she is always pleasant to all customers, some of which scare the life out of me. Richelle, you get an A+ in my book. Tom McGrath A2030

Courtney and Richelle were Amazing!! I found them extremely knowledgeable and patient. I had a strange situation dealing with changing owners and possibly changing storage spaces, they took the time to listen to me and give me all the different options to resolve my issue. I never felt rushed or as if I was inconveniencing them. I find the facility extremely clean. My only complaint is that the timed lights dont stay on quite long enough, I find myself in the dark many times if I am in my actual storage unit looking through a box. Im sure there are some good security videos of me and my girls stumbling into the dark hallway, waving our hands in the air in attempts to catch the sensor:) Susan W. (Jessicas Mother)

I was in here the other day to learn more about storage. The young woman who helped me was Nancy. I want to say that she has to be the most professional person I have ever met. I walked in at the same time as another customer, I told her she can go first. She tells Nancy she wants to see sizes. Nancy explained to her that she would help her if she waited because she had an appointment who should be there any minute. This woman starts screaming while Nancy stayed calm. When the woman left, she still managed to help me with a smile on her face. I dont know how she did it, but we need more people like her.

I rented a 10x10 medium unit from Middletown from a very courtious young lady named Elizabeth about 5 months ago and every time I go to my unit, I always come out with a smile. All of the staff are extremely nice and well spoken but miss Elizabeth goes the extra mile to ensure your visit is a great experience. Its surprising because Ive read some review that states the prices rise but I have not had that problem at all. Ive rented units with other storage places but you just cant beat the prices and staff of public storage. Quick, easy and painless rental! 10/10 for the well kept and clean facility.

Great customer service! Madison is a wealth of information, with a wonderful personality. She explained all the unit s available, their costs and dimensions. I am in fact moving from another storage place to Madisons location, because Im getting a larger unit for less than Im paying at my current location! She answered all the questions I had, and gave me a tour of the site. The store is run in a very professional and businesslike manner, that is condusive to making customers feel both welcome and secure. I will surely recommend this business to my friends.

Wow, overall my customer service experience was by far the most positive and friendly that one could ask for. The woman name was Brianna and she was awesome very knowledgeable and professional. If I did not already have a full staff I would have asked her to work for me on the spot. Unusually good experience! I have used many storage facilities over the years and hands down this was one of the best. The managers are always kind and helpful. I always see Richelle and she greets me by name and takes great care of the property. The property is clean, maintained, and secure. The only downfall is the limited amount of pushcarts. But overall a great experience. I would expect nothing less from Public Storage.

I couldnt ask for a better experience. I went with a size in mind, but I left with the size that worked better for me. Also, her system was down but she still made it work and was great conversation while we were waiting for the papers for me to sign. Nancy went above and beyond to help me out. Friendly knowledgeable staff, plus a clean safe facility, couldnt ask for more.

The process of renting a large unit was extremely fast and painless. The site is secure and spotless. Most of all, the two young ladies that assisted me, Nancy and Elizabeth, were extremely knowledgeable and helpful - they make you feel right at home and will answer question you have. Madison was very helpful, I just started my move and she helped me assess what was going into my space and how to utilize the room, she also made me aware of how we should stack the boxes so my items are safely piled. She was very friendly and informative, she was able to answer all of my questions and concerns, I would definitely recommend public storage!

My grandmother doesnt use a computer but she loved her experience with Courtney that she wanted me to make sure everyone knows how lovely she was. I came here the other day looking for a box for an unusually shaped item I needed to ship. The girls working were very helpful and knew everything about their boxes and even helped me find a box that would ship easily for me. I was surprised with the selection of packing materials they have and the boxes are good quality.
