This was my first experience with self storage so I wasnt sure what to expect or how safe I would feel being there and keeping my valuables there. But from our first introduction, the people were very helpful, friendly and answered all my questions. The facility itself was comfortable, clean and secure. I felt that everyone went above and beyond expectations to make sure I had a good experience. Sometimes when I needed something, theyd offer a better or less expensive alternative. I appreciated that everyone was pleasant to speak with and I always felt that my belongings were safe. The surrounding area is also nice so if youre looking for a well-priced self-storage unit with great staff and a nice location, this is it.

Dear Safeguard, Being it was my first time needing storage, I didnt know what to expect. Well the Managers, Ben and Dan, at the Holmdel location really put my mind at ease. They were extremely knowledgeable, patient and truly seemed to care. Ive never, in my life, received such awesome customer service, from the day I rented, to the day I vacated. Kudos to those guys. They represent your company well! Will definitely spread the word, and if I need storage again, I know where Im going! A million thanks! Jay

Visited and asked a lot of questions to Dan and various people that rent storage from this facility. All had nothing but praise to the staff and cleanliness of the climate controlled facility. Four storage places within a close proximity of each other and went and toured all of them and hands down this is the place when everything is taken into consideration. i enjoy doing business with the folks at my local safeguard storage, they are polite, helpful and fun to talk to. we have been at this place for about 8 years and have never had a problem. i do tell others about safeguard because of the folks who work there. i also have dealt with them because of a previous employment and loved being able to ring more business to them.

Very nice gentleman at the desk, very good prices for storage, very clean, very safe, which is important to me....he explained when the "rent" is due, what day of the month, showed me how to use the key fob, showed me the unit and explained everything. Better deal here than with the other storage places I have used in the past. 5 star rating in my book.

Elevator was acting out at the time of the move. It was after 6pm so there was no one available to help us. The other elevator worked. Later after 45 mins. the troubled elevator went to work. Anyway I cant deny the 2 men esp . Daniel was excellent and helpful. I never met Ben but he seemed nice on the phone accommodating. Thank you.
