ok lets just be a little real here! all these 5 stars arent real renters because they would know about the problems with this building, the owner, and upper management . this place would and could be 5 stars if they would just hold up to what they say! Ive personally been waiting for a phone call from the owner and upper management for about 3 months now. first you guys call this a environment controlled building, well its not when you dont lock up the thermostats. you need to locks these to prevent people from changing the temps. every other weekend someone changes the temp then the building gets so much moister that the walls drip with water!!! do you know how much inventory you have destroyed of mine!

I had a lovely experience with the facility manager. Very nice professional man. The storage facility itself is very clean. Ive been to many other storage facilities before and none have ever been kept up like this one has. I have no worries and am absolutely sure my belongings will be safe there. You can even park right in front of the elevators to unload your car. That was a huge plus for me. Overall great place to store your stuff.

From start to finish, my experience renting with Extra Space Storage in Hazlet has been excellent. The rates and highly competitive, the facility is brand new and well-maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, as well -- less than a half-a-mile off the Garden State Parkway. Im very pleased with my experience so far!

Due to the world not having many people like this in it anymore...i would definitely recommend this as your storage facility . Its all about appearances and whats inside!
