My first time renting a storage unit and Public Storage made it a pleasant and easy experience. The website offered a discounted on-line rate that made it the most competitive value I found after shopping around. The on line registration was also very simple, allowing my final paperwork to be done quickly once I showed up at the site. Steve the property manager was courteous and did a solid job of providing an orientation to the property and my storage unit. Our move in went very smoothly. Only few minor things could have been different to make this a perfect rating: 1. Public Storage did not have a "free" truck or van to offer first time movers like some of their competitors provide. Fortunately I was able to borrow a pick up truck from a friend, but this is a small thing that could make a big difference to many others. 2. Each building should have hand trucks and dollies readily available to assist movers tranporting heavy items from truck to their unit. We didnt ask, but didnt see any equipment around either. 3. The hallway opening to the small interior units could have been wider to facilitate manuvering larger items.

First time ever using public storage of any kind... Went on-line soon after received a call from Eunice, Store Mgr, very friendly on the phone, she accommodated me immediately to view the facility and answered all questions that I had. Eunice is very knowledgeable in her field and very helpful she showed me the storage unit and expedited all the paperwork needed in signing me up for my Lease agreement, to get me on my way to packing up my clutter instantaneously the same day. Public storage has all packaging supplies you may need readable available for sale. Thank you Eunice for all your help!

Good clean storage at a reasonable price all topped off by exceptional service by John. Awesome experience renting storage at Public Storage in Tinton Falls all thanks to John. He explained all of the options, showed us to our unit, thoroughly explained how the outside gate works, how to properly close the door to our unit and how best to lock it up for easy access going forward. He also offered some great tips on packing and placing our items in the unit. Definitely recommend using Public Storage for all of your storage needs.

Customer service was exceptionable it was very simple going through the process of renting the unit with the help of Lexus ( I believe that was her name). Prices were competitive including the extra charges ie taxes and insurance!!! The unit was in great shape clean and ready to fill. All went well and I am very happy!! The clerk John was a great help in getting me online and solved my problem quickly!!!! Both Lexus and John deserve a RAISE!!!!!! Hey a word to the wise----- dont hesitate rent a unit from Public Storage NOW!!!

I have been renting with public storage since Ms Eunice came on the property . From day 1 shes always had a pleasant personality and I would recommend any one to this property. She always greets her customers with an abundance of happiness and if you visit the property you would probably say this is one of the best public storages you have ever been to. I will always appreciate the kindness and also was overwhelmed with the generosity. I would definantely come back in the future and always remember Ms Eunice :)

John the manager is excellent to work with. He did his job and goes above and beyond. The unit is not climate controlled so it was sweltering this week. No security cameras on site which is creepy when you walk down the dark halls to turn on the lights. The advertised rate did not include Public Storages mandatory insurance, which I dont want or need. This added $12.00 to the monthly fee. No value to me. If it werent for the service from John, I would have pulled out of the contract to find a better facility.

Such a wonderful experience with Public Storage. John was helpful and friendly, explained the terms of the rental and showed me options. I was between apartments and needed a place to store all my stuff while I looked for a new apartment. When I finally did sign a lease on a new place, I didnt need the storage unit anymore. The staff was so supportive, even when closing out my account. No pressure and no stress. Reasonable rates and an excellent staff - I highly recommend Public Storage in Tinton Falls.

I moved from the public storage in eatontown to the shrewsbury location, I wouldnt go anywhere but Public Storage. I was not sure I made the right move, because the store manager Steve was not friendly, and didnt seem to be aware of his surroundings unlike Tara at the eatontown location.Since then he has been replaced, and the new manager John is friendly and is on top of things,Im very happy to be closer to home, and not lose the great service I had in eatontown, Sean Dillon

I found John and Jeff to be most helpful and accommodating. I explained to them my needs and they very quickly figured out the perfect space for me. I found the office clean. The facility well-maintained and secure and the personnel manageable, personable and helpful. I have never used PS before. This first experience was MUCH less painful than I anticipated. I highly recommend this facility and its staff.

The gentlemen John was very nice called me to confirm I reserved a unit. Got there showed the unit explained every thing. We then went to look at unit which I took. Loved it..Eunice the storage manager is great charismatic and so helpful she answered all my questions. her customers service makes anyone come to this location and her bilingual skills made it easy for my husband to understand...Im a happy new customer <3 will definitely be recommending it to friends..

Final Product Production

John was a great help today, me and my roommate are getting a storage unit because were in the process of moving from one house to the next. As nervous as we were John helped us with everything from boxes, how to wrap our stuff and everything else we needed. Thanks again John youre the best
