Customer Service was awesome. All the prices I was promised were correct. They managed to get to me in a timely manor, if they said they would do something they did. Everything was easy and fast with decent prices. Only down side is the elevator, its a freight elevator, so youll need to wait until the person who is using it to return. Also the carts were broken so moving the stuff to my storage was a little difficult, but we managed. I noticed a ROACH which is never good. I am a bit worried they will travel back with me where ever I go. They have been very attentive so Im hoping they get back to me soon in regards to pest control. Over all I like the fast and available storage.

I could not have had a more positive experience than I did with Sylvester and the CubeSmart facility in Elizabeth. Sylvester was friendly, attentive and helpful, and helped me pick out the unit that best fit my needs - regardless of price. Move-in was easy and hassle free, and the location is a convenient distance from Manhattan at a far better price than what I had seen advertised elsewhere. Moving in general was a huge hassle, but Sylvester and CubeSmart made sure that my storage experience was simpler and more convenient than I ever thought possible. I would highly recommend the facility. Thanks!

This the most friendliness environment! Very professional! Jill is amazing and so understanding with my accommodations. She has a kind spirit and easy to talk to. It feels more than a storage place...it feels like family! I recommend this location to eveyone!!! 10 Stars!

Too much added taxes..supposed to be half off but with the administration fee and taxes you still find yourself paying too much..also only two entrances to offload so if both are occupied you have to wait to offload.

Its a storage facility. ..how many stars u want.....besides the office being a bit in need of a handyman. .the staff makes up for it all
