I paid for a full month ahead of time, but I left the unit a week early and never received a prorated rent reimbursement. The lady across from my unit blocked up the whole passageway and I had to wait 2 hours for her to finish. The same lady harassed my wife and when I brought it to the attention of the acting managers they did nothing. People take multiple carts at a time and this leaves everyone else waiting sometimes for up to an hour at a time just for a cart. The acting managers that are left to handle the daily service need better training because you always end up waiting for "another manager" because the one thats there didnt know the process when asked a question. Overall, in an emergency and if you have no other choice, it serves its purpose, but dont expect quality service. There are better options than this place, I would not use this place again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Any concern and question is answered promptly and with the assurance its in your best interest. And thats what I want and expect when storing my most prized and valued possessions. I love renting at this location. The managers have great personalities, they treat you like you are more than just a customer. Rosemary always has my account open as soon as I walk in the door. You dont often see that at most businesses. Davion always makes me laugh even when Im having a bad day. He brightens up my day. Best storage in Elizabeth!!!

The Service at THIS location IS WONDERFUL... 10++ STARS!!!..... The customer service lady (ROSEMARY) IS WONDERFUL... She will answer ALL of your questions, and is ALWAYS delightful and professional... She needs to be a MAIN manager at this facility.....

I arrived @2:25 sbd the facility was closed down until 3:00 pm. Only one employee was working and had to shut down for lunch. Your v employee was nice and very helpful but you guys could have more than one employee scheduled.

Great facility and maintained well. Staff friendly and very helpful. Rosemary and Davion are great and always willing to make and effort to make things convenient. Great experience highly recommended!
