I was there yesterday and didnt realized l missed my October payment. There was a lock on my door so l went to the lobby to inquire and was told l didnt pay for October. I needed tools and materials to do a job yesterday but was told that even if l paid my rental the lock wouldnt be removed until today. I made the payment and pleaded with the manager Jose and he wouldnt not open the door so l could get my tools to work. I live two cities away and have gone to the storage only to see a note on the door that it is closed which happens to be normal opening hours. On one occasion l was there a little past the last hour they would normally close to put a piece of tool in my storage which would take lest than 10 minutes and this same Jose wouldnt allow me to put it away even though there was about 45 minutes before the final closing. I found a better place with a good elevator and easy access from 6am to 10pm every day not a place with different opening and closing hours. Sometimes you dont know how many good you can encounter because you try to be nice to people who dont care an aorta whether you live or die. The elevator is difficult to use. It is the old pull rope. Come these are modern days.

I wish there was a way to leave zero stars! I have to agree with the other posters that Jose & the staff at this location are very unprofessional & show very little concern when it comes to providing courteous & even considerate service to its paying customers. The units are over-priced compared to others in the area & if it was not for my hectic & rotating work schedule, my items would have all been moved elsewhere. You are better off finding another storage facility where your money & patronage will be appreciated & respected.

The facility is very clean. There are always plenty of carts and there are multiple loading docks. My only complaints are the regular price increases and being ignored by the manager when I raised a question. the10 by 10 unit I rented in 2013 at $90.00 with tax is now $143.00 with tax. Thats about a 60% price increase in just over two years. You may be better off renting at a more expensive facility but enjoying some price security. Other than that it really is a good facility.

ITS AN OK SELF STORAGE. PRICE IS REASONABLE, $78.88/MO INCLUDING TAXES AND INSURANCE. AND ITS CONVENIENT LOCATION---CLOSE TO WORK, HOME, ETC. BEST WAY TO PAY THIS COMPANY IS THROUGH AUTOMATIC BILL PAY, NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT MISSED PAYMENTS AND GIVES ME PEACE OF MIND.

So I found this storage company online and I honestly have to say that they have the best affordable prices in the area. Its such a clean and safe facility which was exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking to store their items.

This storage is very expensive for the space. Also they will not pro-rate if u move way before. Or after wen ur payment is due meaning you still have to pay for the month. It is save but theres is other storages that are more affordable for sure.

Please avoid this storage unit! Trust me Ive encountered NUMEROUS problems and Ive only had it for a month. Even the people who work there are unprofessional! Disappointed to the fullest degree, smh.
