I was cooking a stake in front of my unit. The manager Mike came over and said that I could not do that. I said that I will not do it again. I clean and mopped the area so the smell would go away. Mike the manager came back with an eviction notice. I had to move out. I am out now. He accused me of storaging food inside the storage unit. That is not true. In addition last year a worker named Chris was harassing me and cause me to slam the door of my unit in top of my expensive lap top. Now my lap top is malfunctioning and they do not want to do anything about it. I was renting with them for three and a half years. Never LATE for a payment. Paying over $6000.00 a year. That did not mean anything. THE distric manager Joe did not care. They kicked us out like convicts. It is ashamed that they would treat us that way. Give a little power to someone and they show their true colors. Hope this does not happen to anybody else.

The Storage Space we have at Uncle Bobs is Amazing and Excellent . We are completely satisfied and very happy with everything . The staff is superb , both Joan and Tatiana are simply breathtaking , hardworking , friendly and always eager to help you . I hope I got their both names correctly , they are simply sweet and to die for . Kindness is their name . They deserve a medal , they both make you feel at home and are simply a pure breath of fresh air . I enjoy parking and storing my SUV , it is so safe , clean and peaceful at this location for storing my vehicle . Thank you so much guys , love you all and I wish you guys all the best . I find it funny that they have a stack of cards asking for reviews. Thanks for the tip! Had a U-haul rental from a nearby location but changed to Uncle Bobs because I needed it earlier in the day. When I arrived I realized my mileage rate had doubled. Not only was the lady behind the counter put off that she would have to re-enter my info when Uhaul changed it for me but she shouted in the background that it was the weekend in an attempt to get customer service not to reduce my rate. Will make sure to spread the word to anyone I encounter to avoid this place like the plague.

We have had two storage spaces at Uncle Bobs for the past few years. Im very pleased with the spaces and havent had any issues since I moved in. The staff Joan and Tatyana are always friendly and willing to help with your needs.
