Okay, now that Im safely out of there, heres my honest review of this Extra Space: avoid it if you possibly can! I reserved my storage unit online and was sent an email confirming that $83 would be due at sign in. But not only do they charge a $24 registration fee, but theres a MANDATORY minimum $15 a MONTH insurance charge, so despite the email, I had to pay $98. This is the fourth storage facility Ive used, and Ive never heard that one before. So if youre going here for price, keep looking, or figure on adding at least $15 to the monthly charge you think youre going to pay. And then theres the unit itself. Mine was on the second floor, in a hallway full of puddles, and behind a fire door that was so heavy and impossible to get by that I have bruises on my back for every time I brought something in or out. So I brought my stuff out of the car, onto a cart (heres a good word, there was always a cart there) in front of the elevator, up the elevator, across bumpy flooring, through a heavy damn door, through the puddles, into my unit. FUN! Only stayed there a month--an expensive lesson that Im sharing here for free.

Just moved in so far everything has gone great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I got the unit I need at a good price. The facility is nicely maintained and very clean. Security is good with security cameras and the manager lives on site which is another security plus. UPDATE: Still at this location and still very happy. The staff here is excellent, they do a great job of keeping the place clean and secure. My only gripe is not with this location but with Extra space in general because they like to increase my rates every 6 months or so. Noel and William are really nice people and I am happy they run the place. UPDATE: Still going well, the staff have continued to be very helpful.

Must give a very big compliment to the staff on their customer service. Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and made me feel completely comfortable about renting the space. I dealt with William in person - what a nice man. Must say that Naomi, whom I spoke to over the phone was equally pleasant. Also some of the best prices in the area. One star is lacking due to just a few structural inconveniences... ex: the small opening to my storage locker and the lack of a ramp when entering the storage building from outside. Otherwise no complaints.

At extra space storage I got excellent 10/10 service from Noel. She was very informative and helpful when I inquired about the units and helped me in making my selection. She maintained 100% professionalism throughout the time spent with her and I couldnt have asked for better customer service. Very friendly and willing to answer all CI concerns and questions. She was also very thorough about the process! Ask for Noel next time youre in need of some extra storage !!!

I just moved into a unit less than a week ago. I can say the whole property is clean and well maintained. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. From my experience so far with visiting the site with William then reserving my unit online then Naomi who did all my paperwork, I can say without a doubt that I would recommend this place to friends and family.

These guys are the best! Noel and the team run this place with the personal touch of a family business and the security and professionalism of a corporation! I had a great experience storing my belongings while my Wife and I were in between apartments for a few months. They truly took out the stress of an always stressful situation.. Thanks again guys!

The attendant was thorough and nice. My only complaint is that the main doors to the storage areas dont have a mechanism to leave the door open while youre moving things in and out. Clean facility. Lots of traps down for rodents as a preventative measure.

Weve been here for a couple years now and are quite happy with the place. The staff are friendly and helpful, the place is kept nice and clean and well maintained. While I wish they raised rates left often they are still my favorite local storage place.

Way too expensive! The storage units are bad.Theres no heat in the winter & its extremely hot in the summer! Plus they raise your prices after your "free month" that you dont really even get for free! I highly suggest going somewhere else.

Always got a human when I called! Office staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Condition of buildings quite good, and always kept up nicely--clean, excellent lighting, secure, modern gating system. Very pleased with this facility.
