After visiting this location numerous times in the last couple weeks, I am happy to leave a a 5 star review for those who work the office. My first point of contact was the Store Manager, Krystina, who immediately greeted me with a smile and a good morning when I first walked through the door. Very professional demeanor. She and the other ladies in the office make a customer feel welcome and comfortable. I noticed the cleanliness of the office right away also Krystine helped me find exactly what I needed and assisted me on another occasion with larger boxes by helping me put them in my little car! Even today--back for more boxes and tape! I found all the women in the office to be very cordial and helpful. Moving as exciting as it can be, can also be a bit stressful, and it is a pleasure to shop for supplies at Clifton Life Storage in the midst of it! Thank you!

We have been a customer since this facility opened over 12 years ago. Given the specials they give new customers, we would appreciate their giving loyal customers a a discount, say 15% off one month out of the year. We do not have to be given a free month or say 50% off the first month to stay, so it costs Life Storage no free rent or marketing expense to keep us. We would like to feel the love. Tenants staying over a couple of years should be rewarded. Tenants staying over five years or ten years should be rewarded even more. Turnover costs money.

Walking into this location I felt like the staff was friendly and area was safe and clean. I was helped by Kystina, she was so friendly and answered every question with amazing knowledge and had a warm smile on her face the entire time. Krystina showed me two different size spaces to help determine which space would work best. Needless to say, my decision was made and it was with Uncle Bobs. I would recommend this facility to anyone, it was the perfect storage seeking experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Christina who is always very communicative, upbeat, and knows her job well. Im typically traveling a lot as a truck driver and I will be out on the road for about three months. I have such trust with this facility and Christina has helped build the brand. Its a great place. I had thought I was able to get one of their advertised discounts, yet it did not apply to my particular unit, The customer service person at the store was actually able to find a particular discount, that actually saved me 50% on the first month! When something went wrong with the door on my unit they fixed it quickly and efficiently as promised. Great place!

I have used Uncle Bobs locations several times in the past two years. Krystina and Frank are wonderful people. They always greeted me with a friendly smile and the property was kept beautiful. It seems like they always have someone running the office and someone cleaning the property. This place shines!

I love this place. I needed to get some storage outside of NYC and, after checking out a few of the Uncle Bobs in New Jersey, I settled on this one and Im glad I did. They are super responsive whenever I have any question or issue. The facility is clean and well-kept, and its easy to get to.

Staff was extremely professional and helpful. Moving was such a stressful experience but the staff was accommodating and really went out of their way to assist with units, truck rental, and my constant changes. Clean and bright location. Would recommend to anyone seeking storage units.

Needed boxes to pack up my son moving into his first house. Saw a sign for boxes sold here, stopped in and found just the box I need, mirror boxes and flat screen tv boxes! People in the office are helpful and friendly.
