Walked in, and immediately was greeted with a smile from Jamie. You can see the place is kept clean, and in good condition. Was shown 3 different units that might suite my needs. Then after I left was called about another unit that had just opened up. Was in the area, so went back immediately.Suited my needs perfectly. The fact that they have a covered loading area, and right by the elevator is outstanding. If there is any minus, it is outside in the parking lot. By one of the parking spaces is a drain, that is collapsing. They were patching the cracks, but really the drains needs to be taken apart, and built up to be level again with the parking. Someone could get hurt, or a car could get stuck and damaged.

After recently consolidating from several storage units down to one, I was reminded of what a good choice I made, several years ago, when I first starting using Extra Space. Ive dealt with several managers, in that time, and the quality of service has never dipped. It always was, and continues to be, first-rate. The facility is always clean and having an indoor loading garage is a big plus. Simply put - if you need storage space, in the Glen Rock area, Extra Space is the place to go. Steven and Sally will bend over backwards to make the experience as smooth and painless as can be. Highly recommended!

I have used Extra Space Storage in Glen Rock since 2011. The facility is always clean and in good repair. My belongings have always remained safe and secure. Michelle and Sally (manager and asst. manager) are always pleasant and go the extra mile to insure that renting a storage unit is stress-free. Nothing is ever too much trouble for these ladies. I have used other storage facilities, but find Extra Space and this facility to be superior! My recommendation is enthusiastic....go here if you need storage space. A true value in the storage industry.

My business partner and I are Interior Designers and Home Stagers and decided we needed extra space to store some of our inventory. We looked at a few storage facilities and Extra Space Storage in Glen Rock was by far the nicest place we saw. Our unit is carpeted which is perfect for our business. The large garage you can drive into to access the facility is a bonus. The weather doesnt interfere with storing items. Heather did a great job explaining the process. She was extremely helpful. We are so pleased we decided to store here!

Great staff! Very nice and clean great location for me. I was taken on a tour of the property and shown some different sizes. The biggest plus is that some of the space I saw were carpeted. I was just looking to get prices so I can get an idea of what I need to spend. Steven told me a lot about extra space and why they are the best in the area. We ran in to a lady who told me that Steven and Sally are the best and they will take good care of me. I will be coming back when I need storage already told friends about extra space. A++

From the day I first walked into the Extra Space Storage unit in Glen Rock NJ through to my last day utilizing the facility I have felt completely safe in the facility and working with the staff. I made many trips throughout the six months I needed storage space and did so at all times of the day and week. Steven and Sally have always been pleasant, courteous, and straightforward in their communications and instructions demonstrating the highest level of professionalism. When we were selling our house in NJ (2011) we acquired a large storage space in Glen Rock. After moving we went down to a medium space (2012) and later a smaller unit. Just recently (2013) we were able to close it out. Through out this time the facility & staff were excellent! Two thumbs up. You simply couldnt hope for a nicer, more accommodating and competent individual with whom to do business, than the manager, Michelle. The other staff is friendly and helpful, and the rental process is clearly explained and executed quickly and smoothly. The facility is always clean, comfortable and well-lit. . My only complaint? That I cant give more than five stars. Top-notch and recommended!

We used the facility for 2 months...initially had a deposit on a lower level unit, but really wanted a ground floor unit. Manager called me when one became available and switched my reservation to that unit. My experience was positive, the manager professional and nice. I did hear about the flood, but it did not affect my unit or belongings.

The two Extra Space Storage professionals - Steven and Sally - are beyond professional. They are very friendly and go beyond what is required to make you feel secure in leaving your possessions there. The place is so clean you could probably eat off the floor - I am not kidding! I recommend the facility highly and without reservation!

The property was very well-maintained. The managers had great customer service and had exactly what I was looking for that was in my budget range. They had all the moving supplies that I needed to help me get started with my packing. Will refer this location to any friends and family down the road very satisfied with service.

Extra Space has great hours. I can get in from early hours to late at night with a code even if nobody is there. It is safe and convenient to get to, and is kept really neat and clean. I never have trouble finding a cart to help me bring things in or take things out, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

We just moved to Extra Space Storage from another storage facility due to a big rent increase. The new rental deals were good, and all of the staff were extremely nice and professional. The place is also very clean and well maintained. The whole experience was A+.

They just had a flood in the basement, and the whole thing was so mishandled....a complete nightmare. Took three days to get a call - byt that time, half our stuff was ruined or moldy. Its criminal. No compensation whatsoever either
