The lady by the name Iris i dont know if she was the manager in there or not but she gave us the worst customer service. My husband try explaining he tried bringing back the truck the same way he got it which was 3/4 of gas but when he took it to the gasoline station he asked the man to fill up 5 dollars instead he filled it up and when we try explaining that to Ms Iris she treated us like we were stupid and stated that was not her problem and wasnt going to refund us back. There was no need with the bad customer service there was no need to treat my husband bad and she even stated to him out loud now you listen to me, and let me say my husband try explaing to her in english not being rude. I am so disappointed if she is the manager in there that is such a bad reputation for your company

Worst place ever. The so called assistant manager is a piece of garbage with no customer service skills what so ever. I reserved a truck 2 weeks in advance and i go to pick it on my moving day and they dont have the damn truck, then they tell me i have to go to saddle brook to get it. When i called to speak with the manager they hung up on me. Nothing but waste of life working in that place. They need to fire all the worthless rude employees there and get people that know what they are doing.

Poor customer service, poor attitudes of most employees, ghetto conversations being had while in there presence. Dont recommend this location to anyone. Go to the "hood" and youll definitely get the hood on this place. Sadly most of the employees didnt even look professional nor did they have any ability to want to work nor did they have class according to the conversations they were having.

Amazing! They do an excellent job trying to get you the best deals they can. They have nicest gentleman working in that store and are very polite. 10/10 service. Would recommend this place to everyone who needs to rent a truck, or even get a car hitch.

Im giving this place a half rating only because they didnt have the truck I needed a available and increased the prices on weekends but service was at least good the guy tried his best so his customer service was great

This place sucks. Dont do business with them. Ive stood in this location for over a hr because they have only one worker. Plus I called earlier to confirm reservation and there was three voices cursing up a storm
