Rude. Argumentative. Tried to confirm my reservation, even though it wasnt where I wanted it, and was berated about how they were the only ones with the truck and he didnt care if I had to walk there to pick it up. Tried a few times to confirm a pickup before I gave up because I was getting nowhere. Filed a complaint with corporate, asking them to review the disaster of a phone call. Ive rented from Uhaul three times this past year and have never experienced anything quite like this. Cancelled reservation.

I specifically ordered a Ford Transit van for a move and they confirmed it would be a Ford Transit van.They next day they JAMMED ME with Chevy Cube Van with a bad transmission and driver and passenger doors that were really tough to lock. All the manager could say was we dont allow Ford Transit Vans to go to Brick, NJ one way. Lying Scum!

courtesy staff not the vip and red carpet but you get what you paid for new cargo van easy to drive confort and reverse camera on the miror economique gaz am very happy you park you car and then you drive back with you own car clean restroom very happy to rent my van here

This place is horrible!!! Never ever go to them their customer service stinks!!! I used 3 miles the gas hand didnt move and the guy made me put half a gallon in the tank or charge me $30 I will never go back
