The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgable and courteous. I was in a time crunch and had called ahead asking if we could finish the paperwork quickly, my expectations were exceeded! They had everything ready to go to sign and explained to me the fine details that I needed to be aware of. Upon reviewing the location itself, it is very secure and clean with wide hallways, and a large freight elevator. The complementary moving equipment suited our needs in transporting our belongings. I had also brought some dollies of my own but it was nice to have more! All in all, a pleasant experience and Im happy to be renting with them.

Have very little involvement with the people running the place recently, but when I did a few years back those here at the time were very pleasant to work with. However, rates have skyrocketed in recent years and in the last three years they rose about 60%. I would highly recommend people to go anywhere but here as I get nothing more for the higher cost. In fact I am looking to move to a different storage company, but it is a hassle to move everything. Cost of living has not gone up much, but cost of Life Storage has gone through the roof.

I used packaging materials from Uncle Bobs for a recent move. Your store was clean and organized, and the attendant was super friendly and helpful. She made sure I had everything I needed (including an inventory checklist) without trying to sell me anything I did not need. The boxes were very sturdy. I especially appreciated that many of them had cut-out handles for easy carrying. Will definitely use this location again and recommend it to friends.

Well first of all they have really great customer service the Boxes we got were very sturdy. Denise suggested that we get a big package of boxes of different sizes and that turned out to be so helpful because you just never know what youre going to get when you go to buy storage boxes. she told me a lot about what they had and I would definitely go back and get boxes from them.

I have a much greater appreciation for Uncle Bobs as an organization if the level of service I received is consistent across their many locations. Best storage around. Super friendly and helpful people behind the desk. Always clean. Great access hours. Pricing doesnt change every month. Moved out of public storage because they constantly raised rates with no warning. Life Storage has plenty of dollies to move your stuff. The front office has everything you could possibly need. Love this place!

This out beats cube smart, which killed me every 3 months on how they would charge an extra 24 bucks. My wife and I appreciated the help.

Denise and the rest of the staff @ Life Storage are phenonemal! The facility is well kept, good hours, rates are fair and similar to what you would find at other storage places. The customer service is really what sets them apart. If you are on the fence then definitely do not hesitate to go here.
