This UHAUL store has stolen me, I received the trailer on July 7th, 2017 at 9:00 am and return it back at the same day 11:00 pm and then I found the Receipt they charged me for three days. when I reported that to the store people they didnt care and transferred me to the main office and when I reported this to the main office They open a case and I kep waiting waiting waiting and no body called me ... when i called again the store people Ignored my call and again transferred me to teh main office people and Main Office reported that Ricardo (the store Manager) reviewed the "Videos" of the Cameras and didnt find the trailer in his garage ... This is completly NOT Correct because every time I return the trailer or the truck at the mid night as per Recardos Guidance and this time I followed the same .... More over the Store and the Main UHAUL Office didnt manage the case properly as Prpofissional People they ignor and leave everything as it is without even costing them selves a call to the customer to adress their concerns.. they need customers to forget the money and keep the money in their pocket ... But this time I will not leave it .. I will run after my rights ... I will go to the Court and will report all of the time wasted on phone calls and emails to get my money back whatever happen.

Easy Pickup, Easy Drop-off. Picked up a trailer to move my daughters stuff into Dorm. Took 15 minutes tops and we had the full size trailer hitched on the car and we were on our way. Dropped off the trailer after closing but next day received an email confirming receipt and final amount.

If you want to grow old and die while waiting for a hitch installation - this is the place for you! Plus - bonus - it is increadibly dirty and located on a very busy and difficult to locate corner in a dicey neighborhood. What more can you ask for?! Best 4 hours of my life!

Rude. Called us liers rather than verify our statements with corporate about how our reservation was changed by corporate. Then when they did call after asking them to call and they discovered we were telling the truth,they never bothered to apologize. Go somewhere else.

Workers are rude liars. They are inventing their own policies, saying that their trailers are incompatible with Lowes or Home Depot trucks, only to try to force you to rent a truck from them and fall into their false advertising trap.

Rental was great. Reserved a cargo van in saddle Brook and when i arrived there were none available. Sent me to Passaic w $50 credit.
