Very friendly and understanding service. Better rates than the other 3 places I researched. I forgot my appointment yesterday in the holiday rush and called they me to rescheduled it for today, no issues. I found the online rate cheaper after reserving over the phone and John worked with me to get the online rate! The call center lady helped me save money by choosing the right size unit at a different location than I originally looked at. Angela, Amber, and John were all nice and personable and happy, in person and over the phone. Angela made my day when we drove out to my unit in a golf cart!

This experience was so great! Angela and Brian A, made this a very simple process! They were very professional and extremely efficient! So glad I picked public storage in Eatontown! You wont be disappointed with the service you receive! She went above and beyond! I showed up the first day while she was locking the door and was kind enough to go thru everything with me on her own time! Now thats service! Way to go Angela!

Angela and John are superb representatives for Public Storage. Their professionalism, customer service focus and old fashioned civility were so much appreciated. I had rented a unit in shrewsbury that was too small for all the stuff and she and John, the manager at Shrewsbury, were able to find a workable space at the Eatontown location. Im a fan of Public Storage!

Storing with public storage has been a super smooth process. The customer service is always very helpful from when I first moved in. Angela and Emily helped me today and once again made it very easy and painless. The property is always well maintained and I havent had any issues storing with public storage.

My Husband and I rented a small locker here last week and they were very nice. David and Tara showed us 3 lockers and helped us figure out exactly what we needed to store our things. it made a difficult move a lot easier and its the cheapest option around town.
