Extra Space Storage in Eatontown renewed my faith in storage units. We were pressed to find an acceptable storage unit when our mover arrived with our belongings and didnt like the storage company we had secured. The mover was familiar with Extra Space Storage around the country and decided to drive in. Gary and John accommodated the movers and our belongings while we were on a long distance telephone call with them. It was easy, priced right and the move-in was flawless. They found a proper sized unit and for the entire time our things were stored, I never felt threatened going there alone. Extra Space Storage is clean, lit up and easy to access. We highly recommend Extra Space Storage if storing items in Monmouth County is needed. Thank you.

If you’re contemplating about where to secure your memorable and personal belongings you found the perfect place. Extra Space is immaculate and organized. When I first called a wonderful individual by the name of Juan Vasquez answered. His professionalism and demeanor with customer service moved me to come in and check out the place. To my surprise being that I have checked out other facilities before Extra Space I really didnt expect much. To my surprise again I was sold. Juan was so accommodating, patient and helpful I wounded being there for years. I highly recommend Extra Storage and assure that you will be as happy as I am. Make sure you ask for Juan Im sure you will become a very happy and satisfied customer like me.

Two years ago, I chose this place because a review on Google said Gary and Jon were the best storage experts. Now, on the day I move out, I want to reinforce that and say it again. Gary and Jon helped me in countless ways with everything I needed. The facility was easy to use and very convenient. I highly recommend this place over any other facility or company. Gary and Jon are the kind of guys that give a company a great name! I hope all other extra space storage facilities are as great as this one has been. A side note however, sometimes pulling out of the facility during rush hour is crazy and you cant even get out. Be weary of the time of day. I give this place a solid 10 by 10 out of 10!

I have a great experience and I am thankful to find such a nice climate controlled unit.Mr.Gary was very helpful, pointing out suggestions on the size of unit that would be best for all the sensitive material that I had to put in storage ( I am a photographer ).He was very professional ,very helpful and extremely friendly. Genuinely cares about your needs. The unit sizes are perfect for whatever you need to store and he will make sure you get the right one and anything you might need to accommodate the safety of your belongings.Panos and the Greek family thanks you. I went to Extra Space Storage last week to rent a unit in preparation for a move from my house to a smaller apartment. I was fortunate enough to work with Jason, who was extremely helpful and super knowledgeable in regards to the facility and my storage options. I ended up getting a 5x10 unit and could not be any happier with how it worked out. The later gate hours make it easy for me to drop stuff over there after work and I dont know how I would have pulled this move off without this place. It was also much more affordable than any other facilities--I will definitely recommend Extra Space to my friends and associates.

I came to this facility after my horrible experience with "Public Storage". As soon as I walked in they took their time and explained everything that they offer. They answered all my questions & gave me a tour of the facility and showed me the storage space they thought best accomadated what I was storing. They didnt rush me through anything and made me siign paperwork as the other place did. The Staff there is awesome and very knowledgable. Juan the on-site manager is "GREAT", he always goes out of his way to make sure the customer has no problems or complaints. Best of all they make everyone feel like family.

The most outstanding aspect of this site is the customer service. I am well acquainted with the staff and feel comfortable in dealing with them everytime I have a concern, question, or suggestion. They are more than welcoming and I feel really care about my business and treat me like a person. They have helped me out in the past with different requests that I have had, and are very obliging in doing so. Even though Extra Space is a corporation, you really feel that it is a mom and pop business with the way the staff interacts with you- especially the manager Juan. The company struck gold when they hired him.

All of the staff is extremely helpful and quite knowledgable. Juan is super! Very good attitude. They all listen to the good and bad comments and make sure you know what is being done about any problems. The inside of the storage area, the hallways, elevators and storage rooms are well kept and clean. Everything, except the emergency phone system, is in good working order. Any storage needs are quickly and readily available. Hours of availability are excellent. Office hours are great. I will always choose this facility for my storage needs and will (and have) recommended it to others.

My wife and I recently purchased a new home and needed a place close by to store our belongings until are new home was ready. Our personal experience was great. We rented a climate control space and the access was easy. The staff Gary and Jon are extremely professional and always went out of their way to assist with anything. Very great experience. Gary and Jon stayed late to help us on Presidents day after we came in after closing. Great place to do business. Would definitely recommend.....**** UPDATE**** Just had to help someone else to get a locker and once again was treated with the up most respect. These guys are awesome over here at extra space storage.. its always been a pleasure doing business with and I still highly recommend this place for all of your storage/moving needs!! I had to get a storage unit in Secaucus but couldnt get there in person so went to the Eatontown location to work out details and sign the contract. The two gentlemen helping me were true pros. They definitely helped facilitate the process to make it go as smoothly as possible. They showed me what the storage unit looked like that I would be getting at the other location and couldnt do enough to help me. I would definitely recommend Extra Storage Space for your needs. Thumbs up!

We have an outside unit. An expensive one at that. The landscapers blow all of the debris into the unit with their leaf blowers. Somehow it gets in between the cracks of the bottom of the door. It has ruined everything in the unit. Dispite telling management, the problem has continued. This has gone on for years. Eventually most of the things in our unit were destroyed with leafs, debris and wetness being blown into the unit. This is unacceptable for a professional storage place.
