I have been using Treasure Island storage since they opened this location. All of the employees there, are professional as well as courteous. We had a little issue at one point shortly after obtaining the unit, but was immediately helped and compensated for the inconvenience. I will still give this business 5 stars because of their customer service and immediate attention to any and all of my needs at the time of my issue . I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family. They maintain a clean well kept and safe environment for you and your belongings whatever they may be.

The best place you can get to store some of your valuable items. Moving is so difficult but you always have to leave something behind and this company provided one of the warmest experiences that you could ever get. I am very much grateful for the services provided to me by this company for keeping everything intact. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to store something, because their rooms are so clean, their customer services is one of the best and the prices they charge for keeping your valuable items safe and home is nothing to write home about. I was recommended to Treasure Island by my dad he always kept his stuff since he was a young man and never encountered any disappointments ,and so i took the advice and when i arrived here the stuff were so friendly and had high customer services i was attended to and within minutes i was done and i left the premises assured that my stuff was safe. These guys are awesome. Theyre helpful, communicative, and professional. I had them move things from three different locations over a period of three months and its never a problem. The guys are super nice, super helpful and just all around amazing. Couldnt have asked for a more convenient storage solution for random items that I didnt have space for while traveling / in between apartments. SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

Well maintained place with proper wheel-in cart/elevator service. Ask in the office for help moving in/out your furniture - you can hire a person to do big jobs. Easily accessible through major roads. The only thing keeping me from giving 5Star, is that its not 24 hours. But then you are paying definitely less than others, and you always avail Sat/Sun accessible hours.

I Daina Saunders moved from Jersey City to Paterson about a few months ago. I had a lot of belongings and TI storage has helped me tremendously. All of the staff are the best. They make you feel so welcome. The prices are great for the area. It does not pay to go to any other storages anywhere. They even have a truck. Free locks. This is the best storage company in NJ. Trust me... oh yes, And its clean and lots of lights. I feel like they rolled out the red carpet.

Wonderful staff always available, kind, and welcoming. Facility is excellent. Had my bedroom furniture stored in a unit for over 2 months. Air conditioned facility, clean, easy access when in a rush, move-in equipment available and carts to use as needed to pull items in and out. Will definitely use them again when needed.

Iv been coming to treasure island storage on and off for almost 5 years the building is clean I have never had any major issues besides with the elevator being down and out for the hurricane the staff and manager are very friendly and helpful I will not go any where else for my storage needs so long as I live near the area

This is a very reliable company and the staff are good. They have pretty affordable prices which I absolutely loved and the space was adequate enough for all of my things. I was even providing a truck to help with all the moving I had to do, which was a life saver :) I would definitely use them again and recommend them!!

This place is wonderful! Feels very safe and is super clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful...they go above and beyond to assist you in any way possible. They even remember which floor your storage is on without having to remind them! This is the only storage place in NJ I will go!
