I dont know whats wrong with you negative people! I went today to this post office and was surprised of how kind and helpful they are! They even accepted to see me and advice me for my passport renewal without an appointment! ( I called for the appointment but mistakenly didnt confirm it for sure.) The good vibes I received once they start talking to me were awesome! They are fast and nice. Thanks guys :)

WTF hey never pick up the phone, hey are so lazy they cannot even walk out of the truck to deliver a package. Twice I ordered something to be delivered by USPS. The email confirmation says it was delivered. Yet I never get it. The time stamp on the last one was Saturday 12:30pm. The dont deliver the mail until around 2pm. That branch needs a new manager to get things back on track.

I love their consistency in excellent customer service no matter who assist me. They always nail it. I specially want to reference one occasion; I went in to access my box, which was due for payment. The person that was there assisted me and help take care of it even though he was not open for business. I was able to pay my box and access my mail. I love my Livingston Ave crew!

These people are not profeccionales ... their deal is very badly educated. You communicate with them on the phone and they hang your phone, it is a lack of respect. The service has been waiting a week for a key and it has already taken two weeks the service is terrible.

Friendliest, most helpful post office workers Ive seen, and Ive been a long-time Ebay seller. Take the negative reviews with a huge grain of salt; they are miserable reviewers who are incapable of appreciating well-run government services when they see it.

This is by far the friendliest post office I have come across in New Jersey, and as an eBay seller, Ive been to a fair amount. Very helpful staff. They include a free smile with every transaction, and never fail to brighten my day. Thanks guys!

Agh, the Post Office, that modern paragon of efficiently. The folks at this location are generally quite friendly. But be warned, the Postal Overlords are mindful of payroll, so there is generally a wait.
