This post office has got to be the worst in NJ. I have had nothing but trouble for over 15 years that i have been at this address. My mail constantly gets mixed up with another address across town because that street name is an an acronym of my street name. Instead of the sorter looking at the street name they look at the house number and mix it up on a regular basis. I have complained dozens of times and asked them to please be careful yet they get defensive and rude.I have had to resort to paying for priority mail just so I can track it and they still get it wrong. Over the past year while my normal driver was on disability, it became so crazy that I have to monitor my tracking online and even though it shows "out for delivery" the mail carrier drives right by my house without even stopping. I call the post office and ask them what is going on, and I am immediately get a rude person who is very defensive arguing with me, or I am told the normal driver is out and I can track down the truck and ask them for it. EVERY time I do this, they end up finding it in the truck and apologize telling me it was sorted incorrectly. Today I received an email from USPS telling me my package was scanned in at Kendall Park at 6:20 AM yet it did not show out for delivery. I called as usual and the same defensive person started her excuses and I abruptly stopped her and said "the item is a 6 foot long box! she said "Oh I see it here, come pick it up at the door" I drive over as usual and ring the bell only to get ignored. I hear people chatting yet no one answers. I ring the bell again and a women opens the door and says "we are too busy you need to wait in line" Meanwhile I see my package next to the door and she slams it in my face. I ring the bell again and the Postmaster, another classic nasty rude person who has no business being in that position, comes out screaming at me. We have words as usual and he threatens to call the police lol. I am a 50 year old professional who has lived in the South Brunswick area my entire life yet I am treated like a fool. I pay royally to have my sent packages trackable yet they still screw it up. Had I not checked the tracking today, the package would not have arrived until Monday and that is even debatable.

Scott is very helpful, kind and always has a smile on his face. Our post-man, Dwayne is friendly, invaluable and does a great job! Dwayne was out during the holiday and his fill-in did not pick up my mail. The next day, I drove to the post office to let the supervisor know what had happened and she did not offer any apology whatsoever. She was very unprofessional and deliberately discourteous. I walked over to the window and a postal worker by the name of Patricia asked me why I opted to wait in line to mail out a stamped envelope. After I explained what happened, she was extremely kind and she did what her supervisor should have done and she offered an apology on behalf of the post-man/supervisor. She then date stamped my letter (for the previous day) to ensure it got there on time. I thanked her for her kindness & professionalism and told her it is unfortunate her supervisor wasnt as courteous and kind as she was. That is the only bad experience I have had with the post office in Kendall Park in the many years I have lived in this town.

Good Part first.. Thank you USPS for your wonderful service. I understand in any manual wrk there could be typos here and there... So.. I cannot hate my usps fellas... Here it comes... the other part.. But... I dont want my neighbors to know about my mails.. Most of the time I receive neighbors mail in my box. I deliver their mails .... and i have to always a keep reminder in my iPhone task list to "deliver neighbors mail". Hope..they come up with a good process to sort and deliver mails to the right address to reduce this kind. It all depends on the manager of this facility to ensure the sorting is re-sorted to deliver mails to the right address and not to the neighbors address. Please consider and deliver my mails to my mail box and my neighbors to theirs. Thanks for your wonderful service otherwise.

Charlie, from the Kendall Park post office, is the rudest worker I have ever met. It is obvious he has been working there forever and HATES his job so he hates everyone who comes in as this is a bother to him. Honestly, if he is that miserable, my advice is to QUIT and let someone else who needs a job work there. Im sure hes happy with the cushy pension hes gotten over the years. This guy gives postal workers a bad name and is contributing to why people think our post offices should all be shut down and privatized. I wish I could rate lower than 1 star.

I have often got neighbors mail in my box. But when I lost an important mail that USPS claims to have delivered, it was a really bad experience for me. We tried USPS to write a letter that the mail was lost but they just wont. No one is ready to take any responsibility, neither can they change the online status of the mail as "lost" and just made faces when I visited the USPS for resolution. Their motto - "why do we care"

I dont live in Kendall park but I purposely go out of my way to go to Kendall Parks postal office because Im always treated respectfully & friendly. This is completely unlike the post office in my town. My post office is only five blocks away & I avoide it at all costs.

I go in roughly 2-3 times/month and every single time they are nice and extremely helpful. Ive never seen them give poor service to anyone and theyre always smiling and laughing away.

I always had a great experience there, in fact i rather go to kendall park than to the somerset post office (where i "belong"). Kudos to Charlie for always wearing a smile!

Awful.... they do not follow their schedule. I drove 14 miles from my job to this location to find the place closed. IS NOT A HOLIDAY!!!! Why are you closed?!!!!
