Pathetic, they refused to take my package twice, my first-class package with 15 OZ was not accepted. I gave them reference to the USPS regulation. They didnt even listen. Michelle is the associate who refused. Before refusing she said, you better take the picture of the package because I am not going to scan it. I asked her why she is not going to scan it. She replied, now this cannot be accepted at this USPS location, you can go to some other location. I must say she has zero common sense, and USPS has lost a loyal customer; as a business owner, now I am going to move all my postages to UPS. I am done with lethargic and rude employees of USPS I wish if I could give -1.

The staff from this post office in Basking Ridge is always very kind and shows great customer support. They always shows dedication and works very hard. I love them and I have pleasure to see them. The only problem is that online request of hold mail service never worked. I always had to go to the office and request in person. Maybe it is a problem with the system. I do not hesitate to go there to request in person because I can see those nice people once again. :-)

I went here to renew my sons passports and all 3 women working the counter were extremely helpful and courteous. We had to go 3 days in a row because of issues with getting all the documentation from the childrens father and they were very accommodating in helping me to get this done. They coukd have just told me to come back instead of holding the paperwork for me. I wish my local post office personnel were as helpful and friendly.

I love the people on here posting negative reviews with such poor grammar than I cant even tell what they are talking about. Oh no, youre gonna take your business elsewhere!? You know its a government service, right? Like, we pay them to be there with our taxes. Thats like boycotting highways because cars drive too fast. Theyre gonna be there whether you use them or not.

Never experienced such an inadequate operation. We have been waiting for our mail to be forwarded for over a month. They were inadequate when we lived there, and they are even more inadequate now. Disgraceful....

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Saved me time in my passport processing! The parking lot is small so you may need to park on the street but theyre fast and friendly here. Thank you!

This location has gotten better since you can do more on line. Usually slow service, rude and a place you want to avoid. The lines are usually intolerable.
