After NO problems for the last 4 months, I had a FRE returned today with one of those flyers TAPED to it. Needless to say I called the post office, talked to the Postmaster, who in turn put on the clerk that returned the package and taped that flyer to the package. She called me a liar when I told her that information had been retracted. Gave her the dates of the retraction, gave her contact information. But it was just a clerk. What was the kicker was the PMaster was right there on the speaker phone too and did not even bother to jump in when she called me a liar about this and actually defended the clerk. Needless to say, I got off the phone with them and contacted the District Manager and now they both are being written up and she is going to have a conference call tomorrow with them and I. It has come to the point that the USPS now calls customers liars? Why not simply get my number and tell me they are going to look into it and give me a call back, just in case the customer happens to be right. And the Customer Ruling from PCSC. They did not care, neither the clerk nor the Postmaster ever heard of them and told me I did not know what I was talking about, that there is nobody in New York that makes decisions and all such decisions are made in Washington, D.C. :_| So left the conversation telling them I would contact someone that could re-train them and could educate them on their ignorance. Pretty sad when a customer knows more about the DMM and the dispute process for packages than a Postmaster and informed him of such too.

I want to give a massive shout out to your carrier Laura who services the Wilentz Senior Residence. If all USPS employees had her work ethic and determination to perform professionally, I guarantee it would be a much better USPS World! As a relative of a mentally challenged resident of the building I had occasion to inquire about an active hold mail for my relative. When I by chance met her in the lobby delivering that days mail, not only did she commit to delivering his next day, but when I called the buildings administrative office this morning, they told me Laura was sitting with my relative helping him make sense of the pile of mail she had just brought him! Unbelievable! Promote her, increase her pay, give her a gold watch! Laura is what every USPS handbook says all employees are... but who only very few these days measure up to that image and Laura is definitely one of them! Dick Schwartz Cherry Hill, NJ

Terrible service the guy" in charge " is disgusting and customer service sucks. He kept telling me my package is not there yelling at me when I got upset because I have a screenshot which states the usps has it and is out for delivery as well as a recorded phone conversation from FedEx saying they Ohave delivered it as well as a screen shot from the original website I ordered the product from. I also have a recorded phone conversation with the usps "robots" recording telling me my package was there. Then of course he doesnt want to state his name. I even asked for someone above him and he said there wasnt anyone, he was the guy . So apparently I spoke to the CEO of usps. UPDATE: I called the corporate office and investigation has been opened. Like it didnt have to be personal, I just want my package, it was not cheap. If it was not important I wouldnt have been so conserned about when it arrived.

I had a really bad experience with the Somerset Post office. I called to complain about an envelope that got lost on the mail. I was explaining to the lady who answered that I sent an envelope to the DMV to renew my car registration on 11/17 and it has passed almost one month and DMV never got the envelope, so I was worried because on the form you have to include your social security number and a check with your name and address and checking account number. The lady said she cant do anything since I didnt sent this envelope certified... I explained to her that I used the envelope provided by DMV... she again said I cant do anything for you and hanged up on me!!! Unbelievable!! I called a second time and nobody picked up the phone!! That was really rude of her!! I will stop there personally to complain. That woman need some manners on how to treat the public!

I strongly believe that someone at this post office or delivery person is stealing my packages. There are many packages that are listed as delivered that I never receive. I used to think that perhaps my neighbors stole it, but this seems to only happen on fridays when coincidentally the delivery lady who is the same size as me works! When I reach out to the post office, they are rude and respond with "well thats why these companies have insurance". This is very unethical way to respond. Not pleased.

Wish I could give them zero stars, could a post office be any worse. One of the reasons living in Somerset is not desirable. First of all they do not answer their phone calls and at the very rare chance that they do, they straight up refuse to help you. They only have one word in their vocabulary and that is NO. Horrible, awful customer service.

Horrible service .. we MAY get mail delivered and picked 1 to 2 times per week .. Mail carrier, when they manage to actually come by, leaves packages at edge of driveway , why not just bring the oversized items indoors .. (THIS IS A BUSINESS , and yes we are open).

The mail man that come to white hall Gardens apartments always put people mails with different address and I have to find their apartment number to send it to them he needs to be careful because mails are very important

We had a bad experience over the holidays with our package. I have been going to another post office to mail my envelopes. I dont trust Somerset Post Office or the drivers.The Supervisor was rude and not helpful.

I mail packages at least once a week and the staff are very helpful and kind. Only had maybe 2 bad experiences at this post office. My regular delivery driver Greg is Superb and I love his customer service. N
