Front desk personnel are confrontational and arugumentive with customers. Especially when a customer drops off a pre-paid package. The post office is there to serve its customers and when a customer drops off pre-paid packages, they should not be harrassed, because Belle Meads zip code was not used. We live in Montgomery Township and there are 4 local post offices to our area; I somtimes use a different one depending on where I am in the township. Why should I have to drive out of my way to drop off a prepaid package, when my township has 4 different locations, with one right in front of me? When we print packages online, we sometimes do not have the option to change zip codes. As a paying customer, I should be able to enter a post office and hand deliver a paid for package with my local zip code and not be harrassed by rude front desk employees. I will file a complaint about this behavior soon.

Greatest PO around! Customer service is very friendly and helpful. I want this PO to continue to operate because it is not only convenient but delivery service is very fast. Ive never had a problem. The people that work there are more than willing to help with delivery questions and to ensure your package is delivered the best possible way. Ive dealt with the Post Master there and Joshua and they are the best! I truly appreciate the existence of Belle Mead PO. I hope they continue to operate for many years!

Have lived here for 11 years and go to this post office all the time. Everyone has always been professional and kind and I have never has any issues with the personnel at the counter. Not sure what others are talking about. I think in this day and age its common sense to think that if youre going to pick up your mail you should bring ID if they want to see it.(-duh)

Its the best PO around. As a small business manager, we stop in here quite often. The staff, I feel, does a great job. You just time it right and lines are not a problem ie. dont go at lunch hour.

I often visit this post office on the way to work. Its open early and often the lines are short. Ive found the staff to be very friendly.
