Ive used this post office for years. The staff is friendly but the service is not. I had a package stolen and went there in person. First off its always busy long line maybe two people working. You can be on line up 30 minutes. I finally got to the counter and spoke with the manager. I explained my problem he said he would look into it. And call me. He never called . A week later I go back to be on line again. Speak with the same guy. He printed out my apartment on google maps. The Carrier first off scanned my package across the steeet which they are not supposed to. Then tells me well she said she left the package on the steps. Ok that doesnt help. And offers on other assistantence. Except contact the company you purchased from and file a claim. Seriously? I believe she took the package but he must have known she did and was covering. He had that guilty face. About a month or so later. My roommate and I stopped receiving mail all together. I complain again this to to a woman manager. She was nasty. Bad attitude. She will look into it and get back to me again no call. I had to call. I go in person and again long line. She says yes I spoke with your carrier same one that "lost" my package. She shows me a piece of mail with my roommates name on it . That for some reason had a mix of her old address and current. The manager says that is why your not getting mail because the address is wrong. I said well no that doesnt explain why Im not getting my mail. Im not my roommate you dumb b.... Ofcourse doesnt listen and rolls her eyes. I have never had any issues at any other post office like this one. Poor customer service especially with managers

the clerk there with the badge that says her name is "Shakiya" has a terrible attitude... Every attempt at being cordial in a stardard fashion is met with a long face as if its a problem to make a money order and retrieve a stamped envelope... Im soooo sorry to make you work Shakiya... isnt that what youre being paid for? Lots of people would like a decent job. How about being happy that you have one? And what ever happened to customer service? Everyone else there is fairly pleasant and efficient...

They are rude, dont have times for you to pick up your stuff. Waste gas going across town there, just for them to tell me my stuff isnt there! There is a african american woman that works as a supervisor, she is really rude and lazy! Wont even look for your package and tell you its not there but it really is!

Monday closing time is 7 PM, not 5 PM as Google map states. Seemingly always understaffed, line is usually there. Postal workers arent exactly known as the most friendly but some are fairly nice in here. Just stick to your business and get your stuff ready instead of grovelling at the counter.

The office itself does an OK job considering how many people come in there and how short staffed they are. However, the mail men are horrible and I think just decide not to deliver mail on somedays. They leave messages that they were unable to deliver for reasons that do not make sense.

Lately when I order something it says it got delivered to my house but when I get home its not there I didnt think it was hard to read an address and when I contact the post office about my missing package they of course have attitudes.

There is a special place in hell for this post office. I stood on a line of 5 people for over 45 minutes while ONE girl ran the counter. Meanwhile there is a small army of people walking around shooting the S. Like I said, never again.
