I wish i could give a no star rating to this establishment. I cringe every time I see that a package is being delivered USPS. I immediately know it will be delayed 2-3 days or the package will not show. Dealing with the Post Master and Supervisors at this Annex is worse than dealing with the devil himself. The entire time I was there I was spoken to like I was an idiot and that I was wasting their time. When I asked a gentlemen in a suit and tie if I could speak with the post master and provided the name I was given he immediately said, "How did you get that name" instead of greeting me or asking to remediate my problem. When my problem was finally addressed by someone other than said gentleman in a tie (assumed post master.. he just walked away ) I was told to jot my number on a sticky note and a supervisor would be calling me in a few days as they are "very busy". I actually felt bad for the guy behind the desk because you can tell his supervisors spew the same nonsense to him daily. I still havent received a call and Im sure my package will never be delivered.

I never get my mail when a family member sends me mail......on time. The usps service at this location needs a facelift and people that know what they are doing. Ridiculous!

No way to get a live person on the phone. Been waiting for a certified letter since Monday when I was home and the delivery person didnt bother to knock on my door.
