My experience is one of horror and disgust. I live on a street that apparently doesnt have a designated postal worker - someone different comes to deliver the mail. If they decide to come. Apparently whoever gets the short end of the stick for that day. Well lately, NO ONE is coming and I have not been getting any mail at all. I have medications that come through the mail and they must just ride around with them in their truck. They are tracked and it states that they are going to be delivered. Well, that doesnt work, because NO One shows up. The postal workers DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES when you call, it just rings and rings. NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU CALL, IT IS THE SAME OLD THING. POOR AND SAD EXCUSED FOR WORKERS. They do not want to do their jobs, they just want to collect a pay check. I cannot have my meds, bills or packages riding around in a truck ~ to be delivered when they feel like it. Dont people have any pride in themselves, or their work anymore, it is so unsettling how indecent and disrespectful they are. I have had it with the way my street is handled, since they do not come down the street for my delivery, i am sure my entire street is having this issue. A few of my neighbors that I spoke with already expressed their disgust as well. I am considering call up the Local News - having them come out and do an investigation. Bring this to light for all to see, how things are run. No one answers, and no one knows where your mail is. What a sad, sad excuse for a company. Thoroughly, disgusted with the mail system.

Wont answer their phones, wont deliver packages, I sent a package worth almost $1000 with signature confirmation and they just havent bothered to deliver it for 8 days. It is still sitting in the post office. How sad. They should be fired, replaced, and everyone should be apologized to who has been "serviced or should I say, disserviced by this branch.

Been calling for 2 days to figure out where my package is. The only time someone picked up was at 8:30 and she told me they dont answer customer questions until after 9...then why did you answer the phone??? Guess Ill call on repeat tomorrow for the 3rd day in a row.

I wish I could give a negative rating. They make you pay for tape that they should be able to provide and are just so rude in there! I remember coming in years ago and them going above and beyond for customers but that is not the case anymore

Terrible ! Never picks up their phone and always marks my package as "undeliverable" without contacting me. It says it has the "wrong address". How can that be when DHL, FEDEX, can find my address just fine.
