처음으로 간 진고개 너무 실망 스럽습니다. 캐셔 서비스도 엉망이고 돈 많이 버는 것도 좋지만 서비스 개선에 먼저 신경을 써야 할듯. 토요일 아침부터 기분 엉망으로 만들어준 진고개 캐셔 분께 고맙다는 말을 전하며.. 사과를 떠나서 잘못을 인정을 했으면 하는 바람 입니다. 장사 번창하세요. 진고개 사장님. 문득 그 캐셔분이 사장인가 하는 생각도 드네요. 그러니 그렇게 행동 하시지.. 결론은 거기도 최악 내 기분도 최악.. 지인들 만나도 이 얘긴 꼭 할듯..

Called to get pricing for food since their website had no pictures or prices on the menu. The lady on the other end sounded a bit impatient and answered all my questions in a very generic way - i.e she said the trays were the size of a notebook? She suggested I order 10 dishes to serve a party if 20. As soon as I said I am also catering non-Korean food and may only order 3-4 dishes she immediately said she was too busy to continue the conversation and asked me to call back after reviewing their website! I mean seriously? I called because there was not enough info to begin with! Yes I called on Xmas eve but come on, are you that busy? You cant spare 5 min on questions? Im taking my business elsewhere and you know what? Now Im thinking about catering the entire party from one vendor and inviting more people - so there goes your $1000 missed opportunity.

Seems like they are making these foods in the unsanitary environment as I experience mild stomachache (followed by diarrhea) in few hours every time I eat something from this place... 도대체 음식 관리를 어떻게 하시는지 모르겠네요. 음식사오면 매번 저 포함해서 같이 음식먹은 다른들분도 배탈이 나는거 보니 위생관리 안하시는듯

Wow, talk about no defense. I have been coming to this cash and carry food place for 30 years. Almost, every time I stopped by for a quick Korean fix it was outstanding and consistent. Weve catered a few small items for parties and were satisfied with their service and food. They also happened to be on the better side of the price-line. Its unfortunate that all the regular customers are in the dark ages or not outspoken enough. I recommend this place highly and will be going there when my wife has a "Korean Crave." In this case the majority of the postings are IMHO wrong!

They sold rotten pig foot. They accepted return but refused to follow up for food poisoning. Just told me to come back if anything goes wrong. There was no owner nor manager. Owner didnt answer phone call from the worker and didnt return the call. Workers refused to provide owners contact info. I left them my contact but so far no follow up call from the store.

found TINY DEAD BABY MOUSE in our kimchee in the catering food. We were hosting bbq party and this completely ruined our party. Everybody stopped eating, We were left with humiliation And $200 worth of food straight to Trash. Worst party ever.
