Now, I previously wouldve given them 5 stars, They always did a fantastic job at threading. (That is all I ever go for.) I used to go in, the young girl did exactly what I wanted. She even did a fantastic head massage. However, this last time was, OK. I had a woman Id never had before. She asked me, "Did you pluck?" Yes of course I did! I along with many people out there dont always have the time to stop in and get a threading all the time. Or, say for example I have like 10 hairs that need to be pulled. Not, a whole eyebrows worth. I said I wanted them fairly thin. As I grew up with thick eyebrows and despised them. She told me to leave them. (Basically to let them grow in.) Because when I got home I noticed several spots that shouldve been threaded. Yes, it is only $4, but Id rather pay an extra couple bucks and not have to take care of the remaining hairs. I think that she felt my eyebrows shouldve been longer, towards my nose. Because she said she left some hairs for them to grow in and be even. I liked them the way they were, with the few hairs actually gone. So, I plucked them. They would take SOOOO LONG to grow back in. Im not looking cock-eyed. Yes, I will go back again. They are the closest place to me that does threading. YES, I would recommend them to a friend.. However, I would say to inspect your eyebrows thoroughly before getting out of the chair. Have them fix any issues you want. It is your money and tip spent. YES, cheapies, the right thing to do in 2015 is tip for any service. At lease 15 - 20 %. Because the issues I have with them really fall back on that I couldve spoke up.

The people who work there are very rude! There will be a line out the door of people waiting to be helped and there will be one person doing eyebrows. The others will be in the back taking their time eating and talking. I went there to get my eyebrows and had to wait 1 hour before they helped me and my sister. They dont acknowledge you or look at you when you come into the store. On several occasions, I have had to go back inside because they did not completely thread my eyebrows. Also, they need to understand that just because you are Indian, it does not mean that you speak Hindi. I am from south India and only know Malayalam and English. I can understand hindi very well so its not a problem for me. But my sister does not know Hindi and when she doesnt respond to them when they speak in Hindi to her, they get very rude. I dont go here unless I really have no other choice. I would highly recommend Mint Skin Care. I go there for everything. The lady is SO nice and extremely welcoming! She does everything beautifully.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE not only one time,TWO times.I wont refer them to anyone.They are very rude.I went with my 5 yr old son.That lady was scaring him to be in position without moving and I told them I dont know Hindi,Let me tell what I want in English.She accepted and then she didnt cut his hair what I said. She didnt cut like what I said.she did that purposely,I understood that with her rude behavior,I kept quiet and walked away.Such a rude customer service that too in America.4 months before I went there,the same lady (may be the owner) was rude only.But for me they are nearby thats why I went.But I wont go there any more and I wont refer to them to anyone. Its better to go to any American Parlor where we can get good service for what we are paying.

I couldnt believe all the bad reviews, I have never had a bad experience here. They do a very good job at threading my brows, they only charge 4$, and they are the cheapest at facial waxing around. They certainly are not the fanciest place in town, but I feel I get more than I pay for. I am American and I have never found them rude, but it is a fairly ethnic Indian salon so I do get an occasional curious look from the girls there but not in an insulting way. It does get crowded on saturdays, but so do nail salons and just about everywhere else, so I make sure I go during the week.

for Mens hair cut... dont even think about going there .. they have no idea what they are doing there .. extremely unprofessional ... Please go somewhere else .. thats all i can say ..last time i went there, they ended up charging me twice on my credit card as when i asked for the copy ... they even dont know, how to print a copy from credit card machine ..They are just there to make money ... thats all ..

The Environment is ok but They are very rude in terms of Money. I went to the parlor one day with my 5 year old daughter.I asked for hair cut for my daughter. Somehow i didnt like the result so i asked them to finish properly. They said rudely to me that you need to pay 2 more dollar bec you didnt tell me in the beginning..... And after that she was not talking nicely till i was there.

Went to get my eyebrows done, and I had to point out to the woman how many spots she missed threading when she was "done". Otherwise my hubby goes here for haircuts, and theyve done an absolute job at destroying his style every time. He gave it another try and this time he had to go back again to show them they only trimmed half his hair!? #outraged

The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! The service is HORRIBLE!!! I would not recommend them to anyone! I went only for threading... they have ruined my brows, CUT ME!,and left behind hair on my face that I paid them to remove! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

Ive been going here for over a year now and I think its great . I am a white American and strictly go here for my eyebrows to be threaded. I wouldnt go anywhere else . They do exactly as I ask and theyre inexpensive.

I went to get a facial and they were very nice..clean environment, good music, friendly staff. I left very satisfied and will definitely come back.
