My initial experience at this salon was great. They had very good service and they are in a convenient location. The salon itself is clean and the staff is friendly. However, the color I received did not stay at all. I received a very bright color that started to wash out the first time I washed my hair (2 days after it was applied). I paid more money to this place to get a great cut and outrageous color only to end up with orange/blond chunks where bright red originally was applied. This will teach me to go to a "friend" to get my hair done and not stick with my original stylist. I am going back to my original hair stylist, who doesnt overcharge me for color that actually stays for more than a week.

The salon is very clean and the staff is extremely welcoming. I has Brittany do my hair and she was amazing. She made sure she asked before I got my hair washed what services I wanted that day. My cut and blow out was perfect, I was beyond excited. She also made recommendations for when I should come back and products to use on my hair. Love this salon. I highly recommend it to anyone to have your hair done here!!

Ive gone to Kacie in Chester numerous times and have always had a great experience. She does an amazing job taking my horribly vague direction and making a masterpiece! I always feel like a princess leaving the salon. :)

Although its very clean, the ambience of the place isnt welcoming. Its not well lit and it feels a bit depressing. The staff doesnt seem happy. Ive been to other SoHo Salons where the service and staff is much better
