My fiance and I went to this so called "pineapple day spa" the treatment was horrible, they are very rude, unprofessional, and they have no work Ethics. I called for a couples massage they said they didnt offer any because the rooms were too small but they would be able to accommodate us both in separate rooms. When we arrive to our appointment I was told that one of us had to wait for an Hour in the waitting area because there was only one masseuse.Ok I just went with the flow, after all sitting at a spa for an hour has never been a bad experience for me. The masseuse walks me to the waiting area where she tells me to take a seat and my Fiancee goes in for his massage. I wasnt offered anything to Drink. The waitting area was not one where you can actually seat and relax, it was small and noisy with plenty of traffic back and forth. The chair was small and uncomfortable with no foot stool. They didnt offer me a robe nor slippers to unwind and wait for my turn. Still I say nothing, I was just desperately waiting for my time to go in and relax. Finally my time arrived, the massage I had been waitting for. As my fiance leaves the room he doesnt look too pleased. I asked how it was and all he said was "it was ok." At this point I dont want to go in but I will be hit with a 25.00 dollar fee if I cancel my appointment they said. So I decided to do it, I desperately needed the massage anyways. The massage was horrible I get out of there in more pain then when I walked in. She gave me a "deep tissue massage" all she used was her elbow to massage my entire back there was no technique involved with her hands at all. Needless to say my experience there was really bad, to top it all off I left my watch in the room after taking it off for the massage and no one in the spa found it. I think is a lie because one of the staff members had to clean the room before anyone else entered. It took them a week to answer my pone calls about my watch and another week to say that no one saw the watch. The owner or the manager of the place hung up the phone on me and was really rude,her name was Priscilla. They have not done anything to make amends.My recommendation never go there for any of their services. It will be a waste of your time and your money you wont leave the place satisfied. If I could give it zero stars I would. The place is so bad they dont even deserve one star.

Let me start by saying i am very picky with my hair. I have very long ,thick curly hair and its hard to find any one that can please me. Well Pineapple Day Spa is now my new favorite place. They were nice the second i walked in and a added plus is how gorgeous the salon is . The woman there who did my hair Jessica, was great. She was by far the best experience ive had with my hair in over 10 years. Thats saying a lot considering ive been all over NY including hair shows in the city and never have been more pleased!!!! I left there feeling 10 years younger and feeling beautiful. This was by far the best hair cut i ever had and she blew out my thick long curly hair straighter than ive ever had it. Really all i can say is GREAT!!! The cost was also very good i was very pleased. I will be going back very soon.Thank you Pineapple day spa.

When paying for a sixty minute massage you are left alone for ten to "relax". They were running almost ten minutes behind because the previous client was late. I shouldnt have been inconvenienced to that. Also my hair was ruined by one of the "senior colonists" when I wanted to go from light to dark. They would not refund any of my money and wanted me to come back so they could try to fix it. Why would I go back? So they could further ruin my hair. Also the wine they offer tastes like toilet water.

I had a pedicure the day before my wedding and the girl used the callus remover so vigorously in the first few seconds she made me bleed. For my mothers manicure, another girl painted all of her cuticles and thought that was okay. My sister had a good experience, so the girl who took care of her, Samantha, repainted my moms fingernails. We were late to our rehearsal and the salon gave us no compensation for the awful experience.

Worst treatment ever!! Roxanne was horrible! She gave me the worst service! Roxanne was slow, talked incessantly, did not pay attention to what she was doing, and really messed up my hair and my color!! This woman has no idea what she was doing! I will never ever return and will never recommend this spa to anyone!!!!

I was gifted a massage and pedicure. I have to say it was a very wonderful experience. I went back to get my hair cut and Hanna was amazing!! I have curly hair and she did a fabulous job.
