I havent even been here yet and I want to complain about the woman answering the phone. I asked her how much a haircut is and she said "what kind of haircut?" I said just a normal haircut with an inch or two off and she told me she "doesnt know what that means", then I asked if they accept walk ins or if I should make an appointment, she told me appointment is better. I asked to make one for today and she said I could then asked what for and I said a haircut and she goes "sorry no haircut today". Couldnt take it anymore so I hung up. Very unprofessional and had no idea whatsoever what she was talking about.

Best eyebrow threading spot in the area!! The staff is friendly, professional, and the threading chairs are awesome! The staff does a fantastic and quick threading that is nearly painless. My eyebrows look fabulous and Id recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, Shiny Luk! :)
