I have always heard that there are two kinds of makeup buyers: those who are faithful to one line and those who mix and match. I am certainly a mix-and-match kind of girl and this store is exactly what my friends and I needed. We dont have to drive 20 minutes south to get to a Sephora anymore because Ulta carries lines I like such as Urban Decay, Smashbox, Stilla, and BE. The consultants did a good job on the girls who needed their eyes and lips done, so I am already looking forward to coming back soon to get done up. My only complaint is that they were still waiting to get a lot of their stock in since it was just their first week. They even offered me some free samples (probably because I spent so much and I think they felt bad that they were not fully stocked yet). It looks like they also have a salon and facial area in the back, but I didnt really check it out. I will be back for sure!

Had appointment @ 9. Arrived 4 minutes late due to constuction traffic. We arrived door was locked. I text we are outside door locked! "Melissa" comes few minutes later. 9:10. Opens without gmorning., nasty as can be says you late not taking you. I said sorry . she says well even if ur w minutes late i dont care . U can come back at 12! Not gonna trust her on my daughter . Will find so eone more proffessional and someone who appreciates clients. P.s, i ammakeup artist as well will never by there again. In harriman location.

This was awful I showed up at 8:58 the doors were already locked I understand they close soon and they should be starting to close up but that doesnt mean you need to lock the doors and not let anyone in all I needed was one little bottle of foot spray and the lady saw me and walked right past me and didnt acknowledge me or even tell me sorry were closed so I waited !!! do not like this place anymore at all!!! thought they had to customer service obviously I was mistaken never going back

I will never understand how this store makes enough money to stay open. There is something inheritantly wrong with a store that does not even keep their own brand well stocked and organized. It is always a disaster. ALWAYS. This seems to be a theme at every Ulta store in the local area. It is mind boggling.
