It was my first time visiting Payal Beauty Salon for threading. Ive gotten it done a million times, but that was in San Diego. I came in expecting the same calibur of service I got elsewhere and was kind of disappointed. Yes, its $7 to get your eyebrows threaded, but you really get what you pay for. First, the reception was kind of rude. I felt like they were doing me a favor, and I didnt feel welcome at all. Second, while the girl did a OK job at threading my eyebrows, she never cleaned off my face afterwards. I had eyebrow hair in my eyes and all over my face after it was all done, and she just said OK done. No offering to clean up my face or seeing if I liked the job. Im very disappointed and do not recommend this place. I will not be back.

I HATED it!! To start with, the reception was worst. Rude attitude all over the place. Very rude. Not at all welcoming. Now coming to the point: CHEATERS CHEATERS CHEATERS!!! They robbed me. They have a different (lower) prices online and when you go to the store, the prices are 45% higher. They intentionally show lower prices on website so people come there and once they are in the salon they have higher prices. This is a trick and this is how they run theor business. They will NEVER correct because they will loose business. Never go there!!! PERIOD. Please find another place. Now, I just noticed a 5 star rating by a user. I 100% guarantee that it is by one of their own staff. I bet you. No doubt.

I used to go to Payal before but NEVER AGAIN!! Horrible service. The staff is very rude and criticize their customers as soon as they leave. They mess up the eyebrows very bad and when ask for particular staff to do it- they bluntly refuse stating they take turns and therefore wont do it since its not their turn. Anytime I went for facial, they come up with one or more excuse and never do the facial. The staff is not interested in doing it since they lose on 1 hour of tips. They would rather be doing eyebrows which (again) they mess up completely. Ill go without eyebrows or facial but wont go there for sure!!

They are THUGS.... this lady at the counter some jayanti BEN, did not give the package price of facial and waxing combined. The facial was bad (didnt get blackheads out) and the waxing was horrible (still have broken hairs on my arms). She charged me more money and when i confronted her with the price they mentioned on their window.. she said I should have told them that i want the package before i got my facial done. After the services she informs me I have to pay more. These people just want to SQUEEZE MONEY out you. Please save your money and get better service somewhere else.

I have been going to PAYAL from last some months & each time i had some or the other bad exp but i thought maybe next time i get service from someone else other than who did my waxing, eyebrows etc.. and maybe it will be better but each time it was worst.. WORST FACIAL i ever got and also at times worst eyebrows.. staff is sick.. they are so unprofessional..Would never recommend to anyone...

There is no rating less than 1, else I would have selected that. 1. The worst behavior I seen with customers from receptionist to workers. 2. Very bad in their cutting and other services. 3. They are big cheaters. Price for services mentioned online are a lot different than they charge you actual. The actual prices are 30-40% higher. I wouldnt go there again.

Worst customer service ever in my life. My 5 year old got yelled by them just because he touched the candy bowl out of curiosity. I was told how to parent my child, so he doesnt touch others stuff. Well I agree he should not have touched the bowl. But they really behaved unprofessionally and badly . Never going again.

I had a very bad experiance with PAYAL ... they dont give u good service .. i had my hair cut done there ..they massed it up .Staff are non experianced ,unprofessional .. i m never ever going back there .. if u really wana look ungly ..go here ..
