I am a really tough critic when it comes to trusting someone with my hair and I am so happy that I found Francesca. She is absolutely amazing and I have been her client for over 2 years now. I am Italian with really dark thick hair and having premature gray, need color every 3 weeks. I never thought the day would come that I would have significantly lighter hair (aka blonde), but Francesca suggested that I try to go a little lighter. At first I was skeptical because I thought that there would be no way that I could pull off light hair. But Francesca works wonders. Little by little, she changed my hair making it lighter each time I was there. At first it was subtle and now the final product is an amazing blonde color that really suits me and my skin tone. My hair is shiny and healthy even after all that processing. My friends are always amazed at how awesome my hair looks. Thanks to my new blonde look I actually dont even need to color my hair as often (my last touch up was after 6 weeks instead of 3). I absolutely love Francesca and Top Cuts salon and highly recommend getting your hair done there.

I LOVE Francesca and her work of art! She is amazing, friendly and spunky. She knows her trade very well. I googled her Salon and made my initial appointment just to meet with her and to ask her a few questions She didnt turn me down despite her Salon was busy that day. she accomodated me. I addressed my concerns and bad experiences with other Salons and she reassured me to trust her and I did. I have been going to her for the past 3 years. I highly recommend her. She is the best of the best!

MUST READ!!!!! If there were negative stars i would rate it that. Im never one to rate anything but this is a warning ⚠️! Dont GO!! Francesca the owner is very unprofessional, rude and a liar. She does not care about customer service just money. Warning you dont go. The place is dead for a reason. Worst experience ever
