Terrible service and management. I had made an appointment three weeks prior to my prom and the woman on the phone confirmed the appointment. I call again two days before my appointment to confirm its time, and they have no record of it! They never wrote it down!! They said they were booked completely and could not make an appointment for me. I DO NOT recommend this salon to anyone. One of the worst managements I have ever seen. Then again, you cant expect much from a privately owned shithole.
