I meant to write a rave review a few months ago, but never got the chance. I was looking for a more upscale salon because I was very unhappy with my local hair stylist. I knew JC Christophers charged alot more, but for a good cut, it would be worth it, IMO. Price-wise you can pay from $60 - $75 or more just for a cut & blow-dry. I ended up paying around $75 (incl. tip). Sounds like alot, and my girl wasnt even an "Artistic Designer" (the priciest stylist) but was just a step up from the lowest price tier of "Junior". But I was never so pleased with a hair cut before. First off, she was very friendly & put me right at ease. She asked me numerous questions about my hair & really listened to what I was looking for. When done, I could not believe the woman in the chair was me. My hair looked sexy & stylish and it made me look years younger (I was sooo stuck in the 80s). Over the next few weeks, I have never received so many compliments on a hair style in my life. And the best was that I was able to duplicate it at home. This girl was pure magic with scissors (I think her name was Selda or Zelda). Now the bad news. My hair had grown out some and so I called to make a new appt with the same stylist. To my surprise, they told me she was gone. No reason and no excuse was given. To be fair, I decided to go w/someone else and I just hoped shed be just as good. Sad to say, that even though I requested the same hair cut & really needed just some trimming, I left with a complete different style. My sexy, face-flattering style was gone and now my hair sits in a boring completely flat bob... This was not what I wanted!! And because the back was chopped way too short, I cant even put it in a pony tail. Im so bummed out. After years of getting just ok cuts from my local stylists, I finally find one that could work some magic on me.... and then she disappears. I dont want to put the girl who replaced her in a bad light... she was super friendly & might be very good for other customers... but I wont be spending top dollar for the same cut that I can get in my own neighborhood for a fraction of the cost. I just wish I knew where the first girl went.

Very deceiving. I asked for a formal styling. On the website the prices for that start at 45$. Fine. After not even half an hour of styling my short hair( a bob) with a few hairpins I get slammed with the bill: 100$!!!! I asked why this much, they said its an updo. The formal updo styling price starts at 75$. It wasnt an updo!!! If what I had was a formal updo, I wonder what a formal styling is!!??!!!?!?? The stylist, Nicole, didnt even have the decency to come out and speak with me about it, everything was done through a middleman, the receptionist!!! I was a new customer that will never return to this overpriced and unethical salon. I wouldnt reccomend this to anyone!

The most gorgeous salon I have ever seen. Impecable service, friendly staff, and a clean calm atmosphere. They had separate rooms for waxing which were private and cozy. I used the 20% off coupon from the front page of the website for new clients. I ended up spending $35 for a mini pedicure, upper lip wax, toe wax, and an eyebrow wax. Would recommend and will come again!!

During this time, I have ALWAYS found Jeanne to be a professional and talented hair stylist who also has a GREAT sense of humor to boot!! I call Jeanne my artist as her work on my hair has always been picture perfect.Jeanne will always be my hairstylists for many years to come.

Tracy has been cutting my entire families hair for years. The cuts an styles are always spot on and she takes the time to get to know each one of us. She remembers events and accomplishments that my boys have shared with her and always asks how they are doing. This makes each visit a comfortable enjoyable experience.

Wendy is my stylist and she is excellent. First time in my life that someone knows how to cut my hair. It is pricey but Ive paid this same amount my entire life for lesser quality cuts. The pedicures are a little lackluster but I did enjoy a massage and facial that were pretty good.
