Great experience. The owner, Joe, does top notch work. His honesty and willingness to get the job done swiftly/efficiently at great prices has made me a loyal customer. I finally found an AUTOBODY that I can trust!! I am no expert when it comes to automobiles but his attention to detail and thorough explanations will put you at ease. He even follows up weeks after just to ensure you are satisfied. Thats what I call great customer service. I even recommended Joe and the team to my friends and family. Location is ideal also, literally seconds away from the highway. Joe went above and beyond with the work he did on my car which honestly looks "Better than Ever".

Lets face it. Its hard not to be overcome by anxiety when youre a female and your car needs to be fixed. You can only hope for an honest review or a good referral to guide you to the right place. Well here is both! Stupid snow storm led to a stupid car accident...I trusted Joe, the owner, with my baby and 1 week later I picked it up and I couldnt be happier. They called me during the week to keep me updated and didnt mind when I called numerous times to check on the status. Pricing was fair. Service was superb. They answer questions! Thats huge! No shady business. When I left , I didnt feel like I had been schemed....thank you Better than Ever!

I got my 2014 Honda Accord fixed at Joes shop couple weeks ago and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Ive went to couple other places for estimate before someone recommended me here. Joe gave a very fair price and even offer me a discount since I was first time customer. The work was timely done and needless to say, the car was better than ever. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs to get their car done. Not only is their work sophisticated, but the owner is very generous as well. I had a very good experience.

Just wanted to say hands down the best place ever. I had the black VW jetta picture is on this review and would you guys be able to tell I had my whole back bumper destroyed from an accident and my quarter pannel dented in. Exactly Joe is the freaking man even went out of this way to fixed the little scratches i had all over the car and touch up on my rim. Very professional and will be coming here for anything. I had an accident on April 7th. My friend recommended Better than Ever Body Shop. I spoke with Steve and he helped me with everything I needed. I drive a Chrysler Aspen and I wiped out the entire passenger side of the truck. Joe did such an amazing job on it you would not even know it was hit. They offer amazing customer service and make sure the customer is completely satisfied. I would recommend this body shop to everyone.

Got my BMW fixed here. Joe did a great job and I am very happy with his work! He is a great guy and sticks to his commitment. The actual cost of repair was quite higher than the estimate but he had warned me about that since he couldnt open up the hood before the repair started.
