DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible people, horrible work. They damaged the interior of my car by storing the trim in it - scratched the windshield and cut the leather on the steering wheel and then denied they had done it. The exterior work doesnt align and when I asked them to fix it they said I was being too nitpicky and gave me attitude. How they are Audi certified is beyond me. I would NEVER take another car here, EVER! Especially an Audi, more expensive to fix the bad work they did than to have paid out of my pocket for the body damage. Ive complained to Audi directly. DONT DO IT if you like your car. One of the workers gave me the finger on the corner while driving not realizing I had my car at their shop. Just to give you an idea of what kind of people they have working on your car.

Do not go to this place, What a Joke ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! I have an Audi and would strongly recoment everyone to go elsewhere, Very unprofessional, The place looks like a back yard body shop, The owners name is Frank he walks around the place looking like he just rolled out of bed and is just plain rude, I even spoke with the so called Manager Nick and quietly he took me aside and told me that Village Autobody had Paid to get the certification and did not even have the correct equipment to really work on my car. I can’t believe that Audi would even recognize this place as a Certified repair center knowing where they were sending their customers. The most disorganized and unrepeatable and dirty repair center in Bergen county. For your sake and for your car, find a more reputable place

Very pleased - my wife was hit in a car accident - the tow truck (owned by VAB) came within 5 minutes and suggested we bring it to VAB but would tow us wherever we wished. They took a bit longer than anticipated, but partially due to the fact that they had to bring our Honda Odyssey to Honda for the special run flat tire and mounting (which only Honda can do). Otherwise the service is great and the communication is good as well. When we discovered that something else was wrong with the car (the seat would not move forward or backward properly) they immediately ordered the part, took the car back and had it back to us within a day.

Melissa went above and beyond to help me get a rental and was so helpful with all my questions and super knowledgeable about dealing with insurance and did everything she could to help me stay on budget. My car looked great (replaced front bumper as well as couple other fixes they helped me out with) and I was very happy with the results! I would definitely recommend

I was in an accident with my truck and it was towed to Village Auto Body. The women there were very helpful made sure i was ok. They helped me handle the claim and got me in a rental immediately. My car looked awesome when it was done. The paint job came out so nice. I bought running boards which they installed also. I would highly recommend this place!!

Terrible... just terrible.. words cant explain... The review from Cathy Thissen is false because shes the owner, The review from Timothy Dorosvic is false, hes the owners best friend and lives in there house. The review from mark is also false because hes is the manager of village... the list goes on... stay away..

Just had my car repaired . People there were excellent in explaining what needed to be done an work was completed ahead of what they initially told me. I will definitely recommend Village Auto Body to anyone who needs work done

My car was towed by these people and someone stole 30$ in quarters and 20$ in cash I keep for emergencies. Terrible and pathetic. Make sure to never leave belongings in your car when dealing with these people.
