If youre looking for terrible customer service, this is the place to go. I had been a repeat customer since July 2009, with satisfactory results except my most recent trip from January 2015 to February 2015, where I was blatantly lied to about a door replacement on my 2002 Ford Mustang. Upon picking my Mustang up the 1st time, I noticed parts (specifically, the drivers interior door handle) were incorrectly installed & gave them the Mustang back to correct. ANYBODY who checks their work prior to calling a customer would notice this. It was an entirely different color. Upon my 2nd time picking the Mustang up, the door handle was fixed but after a brief test drive, I feel air coming through the door; I was shocked to find that there was ZERO weatherstripping on the door. None. Its clear to me now that either nobody checked the quality of the work again, or they simply thought I was too stupid to notice & would take the Mustang back anyway. I leave the Mustang again for a 3rd time, and after 3 additional weeks, I finally get it back. Its clear to me that the owner of this business only cares about the high-dollar project cars & cuts corners on places he thinks he can get away with. I will never go back again & I find it appalling that a loyal customer would be treated in such a way.

If youre looking for the highest quality in automotive body & paint work, Pino @ Milan Auto Painters is the man. After going to many different shops and being turned down, Milan took on my crashed M3 and installed a full widebody kit, complete with the best materials available today. This is NOT a kit most shops will even attempt! and certainly not a mount up and go type kit. The amount of work is unimaginable, but they researched every step of the way, and you can see the results in the finished product. Body lines are flawless, and the paint is show stopping. You would think a project like this would cost a fortune and corners would be cut, but Pino is extremely fair, and he is an absolute perfectionist. You should see the Porsches hes restored for Pebble Beach shows! I am beyond happy with service and the finished product. I didnt know Pino and his team prior to this build, but now I feel like Im family.

We were very satisfied with the service we received and honestly, the results exceeded our expectations. We wanted to be happy, but we are extremely well pleased. We are members of several car clubs and we have owned many collector cars over the years, so we do have experience. We say thank you to Ed the manager for his attention, to owners Pino and Rosealva for their courteous service and to a friendly crew who did everything to please us. My car went from Fun Car to Show Car after spending some quality time at Milan Auto Painters! The workmanship surpassed my highest expectations. My 8 year old car looked as if it had just come off the showroom floor. Inside and out there were no signs the car had been worked on or ever had any damage. Professional and friendly, the staff were always respectful to both me and my car.
