I came here to repair a door, hoping to pay cash and not go through ins as my lease was up in several weeks. One of the main representatives was kind enough to assist me and gave me a decent price. Every time I tried to set up an appointment he was busy, for 2 weeks. Finally on the day of the appointment, I informed said rep that I am on a time crunch and dont cant stay. I had to wait 10 mins to see him, another 5 mins while he went to inspect someone else vehicle. Again I asked him if he would be able to take the car and was just dismissed with a wave. After I confronted him that I have to go and been waiting for 15 mins, he told me oh well this doesnt make sense for me for the money anyway, and I was going to look at the board again but goodbye! Horrible service, will never recommend this place unless you possibly have insurance.

We took our car in for a repair of a collision. They were great. They fixed the side of our car-but when we got home our gas tank flap is broken. If we open side door it hits the gas door. They would not call back after multiple calls then their paperwork person conflicted what Mike said. We have pictures showing they fixed that side and she admitting to removing the gas tank flap, yet Mike said it was wear and tear and he will not replace or fix. He got angry and said despite her saying they touched it he will never admit to it. "Good luck with that" was his angry parting to us. Beware, it worked when we went in and doesnt when we left. Challenge them and an angry response and "do not come back here" will be your answer. Do not visit!!!

I have been going to Paragon for years and the most recent experience really was over the top. All employees are extremely helpful, professional and efficient. If youve ever walked into Paragon, you know exactly what I am talking about. They were able to get me into a rental, deal with an insurance rep and on my way within five minutes. If youre ever in need of body work, I recommend Paragon!

I had been involved in a car accident about a year ago. Some person was texting and rear ended me, doing a bunch of damage to the back of my car. I brought my car to Paragon and they had it fixed in two days flat. Car looked just as nice as the day I got it. Everyone there was professional and courteous. They went above and beyond what was expected.

They repaired the side of my car and had to use a metallic black paint. When I got the car back I could not notice any difference between the factory paint and the newly painted side panels, plus the body work itself was perfect. Ive never before experienced such a high quality job.
