Really wanted to write a good review here...Purchased a used 2007 BMW 328xi with 70k mileage from this dealer on 9/9/17. Test drove well didnt see/smell/feel any issues in my brief local drive. Upon collecting the vehicle I noticed a bulb out warning (having never owned this brand I was unfamiliar with the warning light). After getting home and reviewing the owners manual it troubled me to know there was a bulb out creating the warning display in the dash. It troubled me because I had been in contact with Ed Habisi at the dealer and he informed me of a few items which were corrected before I picked up (oil changed, A LIGHT BULB and added power steering fluid). After leaving the dealer and driving home at highway speeds I noticed a vibration coming from the front end. Took to a family friend who owns a tire business and was informed 3/4 rims were bent. This was not disclosed prior to the transaction. I called and spoke with Saeed at the dealer the next day and explained to him the situation. At first he was unwilling to correct this problem (he explained $300 was taken off the vehicle price - something Ed offered not me asking for it) and the vehicle was sold as is. 90 day Warranty only covered power train and engine. After pushing a bit - he explained we could get them refinished and fixed at ~$150/wheel which he would split the cost on. He also suggested searching for wheels from salvaged vehicles and refinishing those if needed. Given I now owned the car and wanted to get it driveable in addition to immediately losing trust in the dealer - I secured my own wheels. I went back to the dealer and asked them to honor splitting $150/wheel cost. That offer had dropped to $100 TOTAL in reimbursement. Two wheels were found and could be purchased for $50/each he explained (not interested in that - doesnt show much by way of dealer finding salvaged parts when they advertise otherwise). I asked for the original deal to be honored - he was not interested in moving (walking back on a deal demonstrates lack of integrity from a business perspective). He did point out though I did purchase a used car (thank you for stating the obvious) and it was only at the end of this discussion Saeed mentioned one of his technicians had noted in his inspection of the vehicle two of the rear rims were bent. WHY WAS THIS NOT DISCLOSED PRIOR TO SALE? Better yet why wasnt it fixed before selling??? After feeling the negotiation was not going anywhere I informed Saeed I would be writing up a negative review on this transaction - he didnt seem to care and felt "cannot please everyone". He was also informed he lost future business by way of servicing this vehicle. Again didnt care. Terrible business attitude to have - dont care about their customers. Id be very careful and hesitant purchasing from this dealer. Dont let the flashy vehicles in their showroom fool you. They are used car salesmen - and we all know the saying about used car salesmen. Car is getting inspected 9/16 with BMW - I will update this review with any further findings. BUYERS BEWARE

I recently purchased a pre-owned Mercedes SL63 out of state. I paid a Mercedes dealer to complete a comprehensive pre-purchase inspection. Clearly the inspection completed was deficient. Bought a used car from here. The car was a good value with help of price reduction, however the car had multiple issues the first week of being used. Dealership said it was inspected which i doubt. They did fix everything wrong with it so Ill give them that. Its just frustrating having to go back and forth with a new issue. Also the registration took forever and they had to send me another temporary registration. This place honored everything they said, however the people that run it are sketchy so i will not be buying from them again.

If I could give 10 stars then I would. By far the best and easiest car buying experience I ever had. Saaed was great. Very professional and friendly. He got me a great deal on a great car. It was hard to choose a car because all the cars in their inventory are nice but I drove away in a C300 with low miles. I will recommend this place to everyone. Saaed and his head salesman Ed are the guys to see when you want someone to be real with you and not feed you bullshit.

They offered to stay open an extra 1.5 hours to accommodate my schedule. There was no pressure to hurry up with the test drive and they answered all of my questions. The car was in great condition as advertised and we settled on a great price. I took the car home the next day. I would buy another car here again.

I purchased a car from this dealership(2016 model) on november first we on the month of january car shows no record on dmv that its on my name tried to contact dealership always an excuse. At the moment of sales they pretend to be greatest friends dont fall and check your fees before singning any documents.

I had contacted them about a car and I had emailed Ed back right away but he never responded which never gave me the chance to put down a deposit and the next day they sold the car. I am beyond pissed off. I had already made plans to come down from MA to buy the car this weekend. Just unbelievable.

just bought a car from Exclusive Motors and I am very happy with the experience. Car had some minor issues but Saaed and Ed quickly took care of these problems. Even gave me a nice "loaner car" while my car was being repaired. I will be back when Im ready to buy another car.

STAY AWAY from this car dealership! The guys wanted to steal our money (we ended up with no money and no car!). The owner even denied we paid anything and at that moment the state police / BCI got involved. It is an unbelievable story, but thanks God with happy end.
