My car was hit by a deer (yes the deer hit the car, I didnt hit the deer) when I was coming home from work. I didnt think that there was much damage but I had to wait until morning to see. I was surpised by what I saw: a crease along the drivers side from my door all the way to the front of the car. I had used Branning two other times and found Perry and the rest of the staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Immediately I wanted to take the car to them to have it repaired but I realized that I had to contact my insurance company (NJM) first. Thankfully, Branning was on their list of preferred repair companies and said that I wanted to take it to them. I drove the car over and met with Brannings John. He looked over the car (took pictures, asked me what happened, etc) and gave me a rough estimate of what the repair would cost and how long it would take. He said hed send me the formal estimate in two days but happily I received it the next day in my email. The repair process was effortless. Danielle at the front desk took my information, helped me complete whatever paperwork I needed to sign, and asked me how often I wanted to be updated on the state of my repair. I think I was finished dropping the car off in at most 5 minutes/ A few days later I got my first update. I was glad that I didnt have to chase after information and that Branning followed up on their commitment. I received a second update telling me that the car would be finished on one of two days. And sure enough it was. I came to pick up the car, I was shown the repairs and received an explanation of what they did, paid the deductible, and I was done. the car looked great and the paint job matched perfectly. And they handled all of the paperwork with my insurance company. I didnt have to do anything other than pay the deductible to settle my claim. One less thing to worry about. A week later, I noticed that the drivers side headlight wasnt working. I didnt know if a wire wasnt reattached during the repair so I brought the car in to be checked. John came out to find out what was wrong and took the car into the shop. In less than 10 minutes, he came back out and told me that they check the lamp and that the bulb had blown out. Rather than sending me home with a dead head lamp, John and the technicians had gone ahead and replaced the bulb at no charge. I didnt expect such graciousness and attention to detail especially in this day and age. Would I recommend Branning to my friends when they need their cars or trucks repaired? Absolutely. I wouldnt give my decision a second thought. Branning is that good. And no Im not a friend or family member. Thank you Branning for top rate service and repair, A Honda CrV owner

Theres so much that can go wrong in life. Sometimes its completely random. Sometimes youre doing the best you can but a bad thing just happens, and its an accident. Like when you are on your way to work, minding your own business and someone rear ends you in bumper to bumper traffic. And you are so frustrated and in shock that you dont think clearly and let the police officer and the guy who hit you drive away before checking to see if your car will start first. And it doesnt. And youre stranded for two hours in the cold, waiting for a tow. And you have to pee. After my car was jumped I drove to Branning Auto Body in Freehold. Danielle and Allie were incredibly efficient and very warm and kind. They were just doing their job, but they also went above and beyond to make me feel better during a stressful time. Kevin assured me that my vehicle would be taken care of. I was set up with a rental immediately. I was personally updated several times about the state of repairs, even though it was just a week. Finally Manny went over my repairs with me and was patient with my many concerned questions. Most people are busy. They dont have time for anything else to be added to their plate. Dealing with large organizations and insurance companies and even another careless human being can make you feel powerless in the face of ineptitude, corruption, and callousness. Sometimes when youve had a shock, people doing their job, and doing it well, can be the most rare and comforting thing in the world. And thats what I experienced at Brannings in Freehold.

Up until a week ago, I was lucky enough never to have to go to an auto-body shop since I was never involved in an accident before. One thing that made the experience tolerable was selecting Branning Auto Body. From the outside, I was very impressed with their building (Freehold location), and it did not stop there. The women you meet when you enter the lobby were extremely professional, as well as being very helpful, and they kept in contact with me, providing me with updates via phone-calls while the work was being done. In addition, I loved the fact that they had an insurance adjuster I was working with on-site (Geico), so there was no need to go to a different place to have the car evaluated. They also have a car rental service (Hertz) which came to their office to provide me with a car. When I came to pick up my car (on the date that it was promised), I was amazed to see the perfect work that was performed and how immaculate the car was both inside and out. One thing that I noted to the manager who went over everything with me prior to me leaving, was that my car did not look that good when I picked it up from the dealer. He also was extremely professional, and informed me that if I had an issue with any of the work that had been completed, that I should call them at any time. I hope I conveyed how awesome of an experience I had at Branning Auto Body, and I recommend that anyone who wants top shelf service, visit them as well.

Unfortunately, I got into a fender bender a few weeks ago. My car was towed by Jerry from Preferred Towing. Friends of mine had recomended Branning Collision Center. The first person I spoke with was Danielle. She was beyond wonderful. She explained the whole process and put me at ease. If I had a question, whether it be an insignificant one or not, either Danielle or Gloria had the patience to thoroughly explain it to me. When I went into Branning Collision Center to sign the paperwork, I asked to speak to the person that was going to be in charge of my vehicle. I had the pleasure of meeting John. We went to look at my car and John explained everything in detail to me. There were some other things that I wanted to get fixed, not related to the accident. John went over it all and told me that he would give me a call in a couple of days. He called me the next day!!! John kept in touch with me every step of the way. John even had my car ready days before anticipated!! Not only did John ensure that every issue with my car was fixed, he even had it cleaned!!! I would highly recommend Branning Collision Center for anyone that expects nothing but perfection!!
