Freehold Auto Body charged me for a 10 mile tow and a 5 day storage $500.00. I was in an accident and the car was towed by the police to them. Nothing I could have done to prevent my car to be towed to Freehold Auto Body (FAB). The tow was less than 10 miles. FAB checked the car and said it was “totaled”. They “Kindly” suggested I bring the title and gift them the car. I wouldn’t agree to give them my car for free as the car still ran, the newer tires alone were worth $800, in good conditions hybrid battery, updated GPS Nav unit, and more. Freehold Auto Body didn’t like I wouldn’t give them a free car and charged me for a 10 mile tow and a 5 day storage (over the weekend) $500.00.

terrible place avoid! brought in my car for some work. they did not complete all the work and said they would give me credit and the parts for the work not completed to get it done on my own time. Turns out the credit they gave me was less than the cost to complete the work neccessary. Then they broke my wheel lock key and when I called to ask about it, the front desk girl completely ignored my concerns and proceeded to try to sell me new wheel locks. This place is a massive fraud and i will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I had an awesome experience today. Not only did they carry out the repairs competently, they did so without having to replace the entire assembly as all the others had insisted on doing saving me significant expense in the process. If you are looking for someone who can do stuff creatively then you will not find too many choices in Jersey other than Freehold Collision. Bob and Frank are a pleasure to deal with and the entire office staff is great too.
