Due to an accident my car was towed to this location. My experience with Andre was fine. The men who work there have all been very pleasant. However, my dealings with the lady in the office is another story. I found her to be extremely rude. I called to see if my license plate was left behind and she swore up and down , over and over it wasnt because they keep everything together. 5 minutes later I get a call from Andre apologizing because he did have the plate. When I picked it up 2 weeks later, the lady in the office made sure she came out and said "you mean the one thats been sitting here for 2 weeks" , along with her snotty attitude. Im thinking its a license plate how much room could it have taken. I didnt leave it behind they did. If I wanted to keep my business running I most definitely would get rid of her and hire someone who can actually help my business not hurt it!! Never again due to this lady!!
