After running over something on the highway and demolishing my front grill Geico recommended Delta. When they were finished the car looked like brand new. (They also buffed out an earlier accident on my side door for free!) I was thrilled! Upon inspection, however, I noticed our windshield was severely cracked, which we were told happened during the paint baking process. The Geico adjuster blamed several cracks that I already had on he glass, but agreed to pay for a portion of the damage. Delta, bless them, went one further and agreed to eat the remaining cost of the windshield and labor. I would strongly recommend this extremely professional repair service. Theyre all really great people, too!

This has been the worst experience of my life. I had a minor accident and my insurance company recommended Delta collision as a Repair Express service. They estimated the repair to take about 14 days. it was around the holidays so i was expecting some delay. However, Im on week 6 and still havent got my car back, Every time i call they tell me that they found additional damage which hasnt been report to my insurance company or they ask me to leave my phone number (which they should have on record) to give me a call back and they never do. I WILL NOT recommend this company to anybody. Very disappointed.

Delta took great care of my Custom 2010 Dodge Charger. They have an impressive size facility and lovely staff. Enterprise and Geico are right in their building. I drove away with a rental car and didnt need to carpool. They repaired my rear bumper and did an excellent job making it look brand new. They fixed it super fast and returned it to me cleaner then when I dropped it off! Id highly recommend Delta to anyone, especially if youre looking for a professional repair shop.

Very bad service. I went there since Geico insurance company suggested to have scratches on my car fixed. I went to pick up my car over there after two days. I tried to start my car and I was shocked. The engine light came on, A/C was not working, Fan was not working, TAC signal light came on odometer. The car was perfectly fine when I checked in. Shop mechanic(s) did not cooperate and kept pushing to Geico insurance company. I did not find service reliable or friendly.

My mother took her car here and the service was very bad. I would not recommend it. The secretary was very disrespectful. The owners of the company will not get on the phone and speak to you. My mother got her car back and the car just died after. They received their money and we had to call for three days to find out what happened with the car. I had to tell them that I was getting a lawyer and that was the only reason that they finally called my mother back.

Had rear bumper repaired at Delta Collision. A couple of months later, noticed paint color mismatch. The repaired spot turns to light yellow while the body color is white. Even the bumper itself has different color between the repaired spot and the rest of the bumper. It is obvious they did not paint the whole bumper after the repair, although they claim they did. Took the car back to the shop and they refuse to cover it with warranty.

The staff was extremely helpful and they fixed my car well. When I got it back, not only was the damage fully repaired, but it was professionally detailed inside and out. A few months later I bought a new side mirror (the original one was damaged when I originally bought the car) and when I brought it in for painting they did it for free! Couldnt be happier!

About 5 years ago, I smashed up the front of my car in an accident and my insurance company recommended using them. They did a pretty good job of fixing it up. No issues. Keep in mind that this about 5 years ago and I havent needed to use them since. So I think this was an accurate assessment/review as of 5 years ago..

During the summer I had brought my vehicle for an estimate to repair damages covered and referred by insurance company. Received a reasonable offer to sell due to total loss. Did not use any repair services. My experience with all associates was quick and professional.

This is the worst place to get your car repair done. I used this as recommended by GEICO but we discovered more issue once i picked up the car. They charged some extra money from the pocket to resolve the issue but it was never done.

This is the second time Ive used Delta Collision through GEICO and their service is excellent. Felipe is professional from GEICO and Crissy is excellent from Enterprise. The work fine was also excellent fit my rear end bumper repair.
