My aunt and I went to the pennsauken office to rent a storage space. From the first moment we stepped foot into the office the atmosphere was very welcoming. Sarah was very professional, understanding and compassionate to our situation. She took her time going over the paperwork and explained any area of the agreement we did not understand with patience. She is a terrific person. Once we acquired the storage space for our need. We immediately started transferring our belongings to the new unit. Upon moving our belongings to the unit. We was very fortunate to meet Sarahs son Alexander. Alexander assisted us with moving all of our belongings. I tried to down play the situation at hand. But he would not hear of it. He firmly said Im going to help. And thats just what he did. He did not complain, he did not leave until everything was in the unit. Alexander is a nice, considerate and caring person. We were so grateful for your help. Thank you so very much Sarah and Alexander. You are the best. Sarah and Alexanger you made our day.!!!!!

I only rented space here for a few months, but everything about my experience here was great. This was my first time renting storage space so I had a lot of questions and really didnt know what I was getting myself into. The staff here was extremely helpful and made adjustments to my reservation as I realized my needs changed. I was able to change the size of the unit (and keep the online discount available at the time of my original reservation), extend the length of my rental, and cancel with ease. Being that I left the state while my stuff was in storage, I felt uneasy at first, but I never felt like my stuff was in any danger while away. If I need storage space again, I am definitely going back! -Erik

Sara the customer representative at the Pennsauken, NJ location was extremely helpful with my recent move that was plagued by time conflicts and unrelenting weather. She even opened the office up after regular business hours and proceeded to shield me from the downpour in her own vehicle during the tour of the property. I rented storage space from her many years ago for an extended period of time and thought I would not use the service again due to cost, but with caring considerate personnel such as Sara I not only have rethought that decision but i am happy to do business with this company. Keep up the good work its nice to see the care in customer service.

Since this was my first time needing storage, I had no idea what to expect or what to do. I called around and got several prices and ExtraSpace was the best. I went there and LeeAnn was very helpful in giving me information about the renting process as well as answering all of my questions. I definitely felt comfortable during the process and feel like I am storing my things at a secure location.

Lee Ann was extremely useful I called several different places n no one was able to provide me with the info I needed to know or anything that assured me my stuff would be OK I would definitely recommend this location to any n everyone. Lovely experience with Manager Sarah. She even reserved a hot 5x5 unit for me when a dozen others wanted it. I think this is a good spot. Pro-tip: when dealing with any self storage get the online price and reserve it. Also in NJ you are required to get insurance for your storage. I got the lowest at $11/month, but caution, this was not anticipated as Ive never rented self storage before.

From the beginning I have been very pleased with Extra Space Storage. The customer service when I went into their office was friendly & helpful; all of my questions were answered. I have been able to access my unit easily and have never had any problems. The look of the lot makes me feel as though my personal items are safe and I feel I made the right decision by choosing them.

$90.00 In the account for Extra Space Storage for I did not used it to store my belongins. I had no idea I was going to leave NJ and and called within 7 days to informed them of my leave to Newport News, Va and was given a run around and called few days later to be informed that it will be taken care off so I felt cheated out of my deposit.
