VERY VERY UN PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!!!! INTIALLY, WE WERE TOLD 1/2 PRICE SPECIAL, BUT WHEN YOU GET THERE, THEY WACK YOU WITH RIDICULOUS EXTRA FEES! (TYPICAL) WHEN I CALLED TO RESERVE THE PLACE, THEY HAD ONLY SECOND FLOOR AVAILABILITY WHICH WE WERE OK WITH.......UNTIL WE GET THERE AND FIND OUT, THE ELEVATOR DOESNT WORK!!! WE WOULD HAVE WENT ELSEWHERE IF WE KNEW THAT IN ADVANCE, SO WILL OTHERS WHEN THEY GET BAIT AND SWITCHED. ON TOP OF THAT, JUST KNOW YOU CANT GET IN THERE WITHOUT A 4X4 IF IT SNOWS BECAUSE THEY NEVER PLOW!!!!! REALLY!!~!???!!! WE GOT A TRUCK STUCK BACK THERE AND WE WERE NOT THE ONLY ONES. WE HAD TO SHOVEL A PATH TO GET THE DOOR OPEN AND THATS NOT ALL. MOVING SUCKS, BUT BECAUSE OF THIS FACILITY, IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. I NEVER COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING, BUT, MAYBE I CAN SAVE SOMEONE FROM THE MAJOR AGGREVATION MY FAMILY WENT THROUGH BECAUSE WE CHOSE TO USE THIS LOCATION. WE LOST TIME, MONEY, AND SLEEP OVER THE STRESS THIS PLACE CAUSED US. MY WIFE CONTACTED A DISTRICT MANAGER ABOUT GETTING STUCK AND WAS INQUIRING ABOUT OUR SLATED MOVE-OUT DATE AND IF THEY WERE GOING TO (PLOW AT ALL??) NO REPLY AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS AND SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO THE LOCATION. BUT, GUESS WHAT, WE HAD TO MOVE OUR STUFF OUT A DAY LATER THAN SCHEDULED, WE GOT A CALL IMMEDIATELY TO LET US KNOW WE OWED THEM MONEY FOR THE EXTRA DAY. SO TO SUM IT ALL UP, WE LOST AN ENTIRE DAY WITH A RENTAL TRUCK BECAUSE THEY DIDNT PLOW, HAD TO SHOVEL OUR OWN WAY INTO THEIR FACILITY DOORWAY, WE HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE DAY WE STAYED IN THE STORAGE THEY NEVER MADE ACCESSIBLE, NEVER RETURNED ANY CALLS WE MADE ALL THE WAY UP TO DISTRICT MANAGER LEVEL, DID CALL US THE VERY NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER WE REMOVED OUR STUFF TO TELL US WE OWED EXTRA MONEY (LOL), NEVER DID ANY SNOW REMOVAL DURING THIS HORRIBLE MONTH TO MAKE IT EVEN SOMEWHAT ACCESSIBLE, SOLD US THE UNIT ON THE PHONE WITHOUT TELLING US THE ELEVATOR DIDNT WORK, PITCHED A PROMOTIONAL OFFER THAT CAME TO DOUBLE THE PRICE WHEN YOU ACTUALLY ARRIVE THERE FOR FEES, INSURANCE, AND ETC, AND OH BY THE WAY, IF YOU ARE WILLING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AFTER ALL I AM DETAILING, DONT FORGET YOUR SEEING EYE DOG BECAUSE THERE IS NO LIGHTING IN YOUR ICE-COLD CAVEDARK STORAGE UNIT AND THE LIGHTING THROUGHOUT THE PATH TO THE UNIT IS VERY INADEQUATE. CONGRATULATIONS TO YOUR FACILITY, YOU ARE THE FIRST BUSINESS IN MY 39YEARS OF LIFE I TOOK THE TIME TO COMPLAIN ABOUT.

This location is very rasict especially the district manager Gavin Beier. Ive been renting from public storage for 8 years at the Byberry Road site that one is the best one to go to, its clean And the manager Rose is the best and shes not a fraud nor she doesnt tamper with people accounts to cover up her errors.!!! Chelsea gave me a 5O% on my 10X15 unit gave me paper work and it stated that my rent wasnt due until July 1, 2016 and I would have a pro rate for $19.84 I get a phone call 2 days later from Ashley stating that I owe $232.54 by June 6,2016 when I just got in the unit May 29, 2016 I told ashley thats impossible when I have documents from Chelsea that says otherwise. Ashley said she would call me back to check with Chelsea to see whats going on ashley called me back and said it was a glitch in public storage system and now my rent is due by June 29, 2016. To make a long story short Chelsea and the district manager tampered with my account to cover up there errors. This is to all customers do not go to Trevose location or you will get robbed I filed a complaint with Philadelphia human relation commission and the better business bureau and please dont let Chelsea open up your public storage account she needs have supervison because of her special needs

Let me start off by saying that Selinda is one of the most pleasant individuals you will ever find. She is helpful and friendly and knowledgeable in her job.She even tries to remember each customers name OUTSTANDING ! The facility is secure and clean and I guess they are the two most important things you look for in a storage location. My only complaint is that the door that leads in and out of the inside storage units needs a device to keep it open while you move things in and out. I use a long bungee cord and hook it to an outside locker. Not good when its windy but it works otherwise. Anyway Selinda thank you and I hope your bosses reward you for making us feel welcome in your business.

Im going to keep this simple. Public Storage has some of THE BEST pricing around, and locations that look very low key, but efficiently do the job you need done. I live directly next door to an Extra Space storage facility, and their pricing is completely ridiculous. I walked into the Public Store on Old Lincoln, and was greeted by Rachael, who made sure that I had everything I needed, and every question I had was answered. She even went as far as to take me on a tour of the facility, to make sure that the unit I was getting into was absolutely right for my needs. Top Notch service and a will to work means a lot to me.

Had to rent a storage unit in a hurry. Called around and they had the lowest price in town. Justin was super helpful in getting me set up with a unit on the first floor and air conditioned. He answered all my questions as I had a lot. Only downside to this place is the indoor lighting is a little dark. Not as bad as some but Ive also seen better. Overall its a well kept place, reasonable in price for the size, everything is easy to access, and great customer service reps. Id rent space from here again if I need to in the future.

The staff is nice an very willing to help but i think its time to invest on the property. The potholes are getting bigger and out off control, along with all that gravel thats generated from the potholes, run a sweeper get the place looking nice. Its worth the investment, it gets really bad when it rains due to inadequate drainage. The gate if not attended to, will continue to rust and fail, address these issues your tenants will thank you and youll definitely get 5 stars from me cuz i like it here

My experience with Public Storage was outstanding! Selindas customer service skills were excellent. She immediately reached out once I booked the storage unit online to see if she could help in anyway and schedule time to get everything set-up. When I arrived to the facility, Selinda was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. I would highly recommend this facility for any of your storage needs.

I had my belongings in storage for 7 months. Every month between the 3rd and 5th Selinda called to remind me to pay my bill on or before the 6th to avoid a late fee. It was a nice friendly reminder and I really appreciate her doing that! I also had Ashley help during my vacating process and she was friendly and helpful. If I ever need storage space again I will go back to public storage.
