I desperately needed a storage facility with temperature, climate, and humidity control, and I also required a highly secure environment. When I visited the facility for the first time, I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the building. The manager relayed to me all the security features the facility offers. My friend, who was with me at the time and who is just as concerned about security, was impressed as well. When I retrieved my belongings, they were not damaged at all due to the properly controlled temperature and humidity. The managers, Shaneen and Yvette, are always pleasant, and they prioritize customer service. If I am ever in need of a storage facility again, I would definitely go back!! Thank you Shaneen and Yvette.

The experience I had moving my stuff in on a Thursday early afternoon wasnt very good 4 me. There where two trucks ahead of me in the space you unload your things. For a business who has as much as 200 units, should have had more than three hand trucks to be used by customers. I thought moving on a Thursday would be easy unloading things in the unit, being my first time using a a storage unit i assumed there wouldnt be any waiting for a hand truck let alone there olny being three hand trucks....my unit was on the second floor. And to top everything off, i received a call from the representative thats works there asking me did I store there hand truck in my unit by mistake.....Wow

Experience for a second go round just as good as the first. The Employees at this location are at tentative to addressing concerns. They are very experienced in providing quality customer service. Point of mention the online processing if payments easy. The readiness to send data to text made the process quicker and easier.. Good location, and access. Staff extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. People actually answered the phone! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I found it pricey but I didnt shop around so I dont know the going rates in Philadelphia PA. All in all it was a good experience.

They lied about my storage price. They told me one price over the phone; when I came into their office they said that would be the price, then when they gave me a bill it was about 33% higher. Facility itself was fine. Just dont believe the price they tell you.

Honestly a great experience~ Loved the long hours of the storage place The staff, location, closed garage, and air-conditioned units are amazing! Plus, the location is 10 mins away from La Salle University, which is very convenient for me! So worth is :D

You all has a nice and clean storage but you goes up on the payment each year. Thats what I dont like and Im looking for something cheaper because its getting too expensive for me. Going up ever year is a bit much.
