This place might be clean however poor customer service! Every time I have visit this place there is no one in the office during the morning shift. There should be more than just one person working. The online payment system is usually down or not operating properly. If a person should answer the phone after the many automatic announces, that person is not able to assistance or take a payment. However there is no problem with applying a late charge. Im guessing I could find the manager or staffers working out next door at LA Fitness perhaps! I can hear the spin class thru the walls! Thank you Storage Sense your rates are great.

The customer service at this location was excellent. I called the operator to reserve a spot and received a call from the on-site staff within 30 minutes to verify my reservation. Each person I interacted with was kind and courteous, I only wish I could remember their names so I could mention them specifically. In addition, their prices were competitive of those in the area and their spaces were clean and easily accessible. I will definitely return to this company if I am even in need of storage again.

The staff is very helpful and pleasant. When I first rented my unit I realized quickly that it was too small. The staff was very good at determining what was the right unit for me. She even went above her job role and removed a lock from an available unit. This task was usually reserved for maintenance but she saved me time and energy by making everything ready for me on the spot.

I secured my items for one year. The Wyncote facility is safe, clean, and secure. Nice staff and great customer services. I enjoyed the convenience of paying my bill on line (no additional fee). Gate hours were conducive to my schedule. I never had any issues getting in or out of my unit.

Overall a good experience. My personal items remained intact with no signs of bugs or vermin and security was proficient. Only negative is that I was charged a monthly fee post ending my contract and Im still waiting for them to return that money.

The facility is well maintained. The staff is professional. The prices are reasonable.They can use more trolleys or carts but its cool. The location is conveniently located off Cheltenham ave.

All in all it was ok. I had to ( in the last six months of a two year stay ) clean out rodent droppings from my unit even though I did not store food in my unit. And it got a little pricey.

Rates rise frequently, Ive had a little water damage from a roof leak and someone pried my lock open and management was supposed to contact me, but didnt.
